The Cheesecake Factory, Miami FL

Outrageously babalicious! Food is gourmet as always. You always have to wait since exceptional dining demands to make a worthy waiting period.this is not a freaking franchise so relax! Staff super adorable and Miami girls hot as usual ;)

Today’s experience was nothing but poor. I was here for lunch and since the moment they sit us was lame.
They took forever to greet us in the table to ask us what we wanted to be served. They never put eating utensils, no water, no bread, napkins. Later I had to ask someone else to please tell the girl to come and take our order. Then, after they took forever to serve us the food never came. Lame and poor!

The shepard pie is amazing. My waiter made me feel really special since it was my birthday. Excellent.

Overall great spot, in area, inside restarunt, should be more, observant on walk in, and seating area by door, trash on seat, empty bag trash, someone had left half filled drunken coffee, under seat, should have some monitoring for cleanliness, area in restarunt ok, waiter courteous observant, had the fried shrimp platter nice meal, pleasant environment, only concern was walk in seating area were you wait, until called for reservations.

The wait wasn't as long as I thought it would be. It was our boys' first time eating at The Cheesecake Factory and they loved it. Great Service, Good Food.

I really like cheesecake factory but it's always so crowd it! This time we have only appetizer and the tamale was so good.really nice place to have a drink with friends!

Who doesn't like Cheesecake Factory? ! Can't decide what to eat? Everyone has different taste? Their menu is HUGE! They have something for everyone. Wine for mommy ;-) and their signature cheesecake hellooooo! Yum! It's a large facility.

The coordination in this restaurant is bad few staffing for so many people in a day as today's Mother's Day

Horrible. Will never be back. Served me freezing eggs like they just came out of the freezer. Then, made another, and the same thing. I never ate.

Very poor service been waiting on food for two hours they have been bringing out wrong orders and cold food for the moment we ordered our food I promise this will be my last time I’m very disappointed

Get ready to wait over an hour for your appetizers to get to the table.and incorrectly. My fiancé and I had the orange chicken for dinner and it tasted like 100x over burnt oil. It was awful. We didn’t send it back since we were starving, but barely edible. It’s unfortunate because I loooove Cheesecake Factory but for a couple of times now I’ve had bad experiences with the food and the wait staff at this location. Most likely not coming back.

Absolutely horrible service. Do not go. Sat down very quickly (within 5 minutes). Ordered 2 appetizers, only one came correct after 20 minutes. After 1 hour the other appetizer arrived. We ordered everything, appetizers and entree at the same time. Nobody cares. Very bad experience.

Very good food but a bit expensive for my taste I should say. I love the atmosphere however! And I was lucky to have gotten a nice waitress.

Always one of our go to locations for good food. The food is always consistent. It’s not just for cheesecakes!

I hadn't been to Cheesecake in 10 years. I was looking forward to it and it didn't let me down. It tasted the same as I remember. The consistency here is on point. If you're shopping at Dadeland and need a bite it's still worth stopping in.

One can't go wrong why the Cheese Cake Factory. Really good food and good service. Come early, because most likely you'll be waiting 20 to 45 mins.

My boyfriend and I went here Friday night. We had a nice time! We actually had the clam chowder soup and I had a glass of wine that my boyfriend kept sipping on. But the wait was very short.

Bigoted, narrow minded employees at this restaurant will surround and harass you if your politics are different from their's. Just read that a customer wore a Trump MAGA hat here and this is what happened to him. No one was fired so apparently management is all for harassing customers that support President Trump. Will never eat at another Cheescake Factory. Boycott them!

Don't go here if your a conservative! Especially if your black! The have no tolerance for people with a different point of view!
