This location is located in the middle of a downtown area and there is not a curbside option available. Anticipate driving around to look for avail parking on the side streets or having to use/pay for a parking garage to have to go pick up your meal.

We had the avocado spring rolls. I would definitely give them a 10. Very light and crispy. Lisa was a great waitress. She took good care of us.

It took them about 5 minutes or so to attend and acknowledge me to get my order in for a slice of cake with nobody ahead of me and 15 min.to receive the slice of cake.

This restaurant has a great variety of cheesecakes. Also, the food is great. Service is standard. I recommend making a reservation because this restaurant is very busy most of the time. Prices are "reasonable" compare with the quality and portion of the food. I consider the piece of cheesecake is expensive ($8.95).

Recently ate here with a large group. The hospitality was subpar. However, after contacting the manager a few days later regarding a discrepancy with my bill and the final charge to my account, I’ve gained a new appreciation for the team. It was a long ordeal, but the manager’s patience and commitment to doing his due diligence to verify everything for my peace of mind as well as an acknowledgment of the discrepancy’s validity is to be appreciated. Major integrity points for your manager and team. Thank you all!

-1000 star rating. Ordered take out for Mother’s Day for my family. I get to the location and yes it’s busy. I work in customer service, so I understand that things can get Frustrated. That does not mean take it on your loyal customers. When I asked for management, the young girl with braids and glasses at front desk challenge me while yelling plz get a manager as if nothing would happen after being super rude just for a pick up. Omg and management didn’t make things any better. The managers on duty tall white male and short Hispanic male did nothing never took ownership of the matter, just told me since I order through door dash nothing can be done. Never again will my family and I visit this location unless hell freezes over! Please don’t waste your time coming under the post with a Pathetic apology. Stay away from this location.

I'll give 4 Stars because the server was very help help and did a great job. Took an hour to get seated 30 mins to get drinks in and a very long Tim's to get the food. We were there for over 4 hours.we arnt the type to sit down and chat around after eating we like to get our food get in and get out. And it took over 4 hours

The food was fabulous.then everything went down hill.the people at the neighboring table spilled their juice upon leaving and just walked away.my party brought the spill to the attention of a waiter who proceeded to use the WHITE CLOTH NAPKIN TO WIPE THE FLOOR.shock was not the word.we brought this craziness to the attention of the manager ALEXA SANCHEZ.who stated this was of no concern.stated nothing is wrong with this.are you serious.maybe at his house.not at mine. THIS IS BLATANT UNSANITARY CONDITIONS.never again my mom could not eat her food anymore. I disagree ALEXA SANCHEZ. SOMETHING IS WRING WITH THIS!

Love this place. Good service huge portions delicious cheesecake. I get the chicken and waffles eggs Benedict for brunch on the weekends AMAZING

We had a wonderful server. She took the time to tell us about the dishes and answered all our questions. The food was good. We came back later for pie and for 4 pieces of pie as paid almost $40.for single slices. We were surprised by the high prices. The pie is good but Im not sure how often I would get it at that price.

Consistent with other Cheesecake Factories I've been to. Good food and good service. The area is very nice for a stroll in the evening. Just a heads up though, there is serious road work going on on the street where the restaurants outdoor patio seating is located. That didn't bother us since it was the weekend, but I wonder how it is for lunch during the week.

1 hour for takeaway, $100 each order was wrong. Most annoying food was wrong order and caps were not put on tops of sauces. I only tipped 10 bucks yet an hour later Bad Food.

Arrived about 430 this past Friday, waited for the hostess for about 5 minutes with no one else waiting for a table, finally got seated in the less than half filled restaurant, she said she would send Steven over to serve us, Steven never showed. Waited 15 minutes. Walked up to hostess area and no hostess was there! Walked out. No employee there cared whatsoever, especially Steven.

Food is good, management very poor. Twice they say 10 minutes and there friends gets there after you and will be seated quietly before you. So your 10 minutes turns into 20. I like proper and friendly places with ethic. Not going back.

This is a 5 star only for my love of desert and wife's affinity for the cheesecake.

We get one meal. Share and all 4 of us at the table get own cheese cake type. Bite and pass around table

I love the extensive menu that caters to all types of food cravings. And you can't beat their happy hour!

Good service. Great food. Chicken Madeira is My Fave! And the Chocolate Bread is AWESOME! YUMMY

Good service! However, the food was just ok.
I ordered the chicken madiera which I love, however when I ate it I found myself adding seasoning. Definitely not my best experience food wise, but the service made up for it!

Ordered lemon meringue cheesecake. It was terrible. Sickening sweet.taste like fake
