The Cheesecake Factory reviews
17Desserts are amazing. Food is good but not amazing. Always busy. Staff are friendly. A nice place to take the family
Always thought this place was just cheesecake. Boy, was I wrong. They got Italian, Chinese, Japanese, everything! The calamari and crab wonton was amazing and the hibachi steak was amazing. Great service and food. Definitely regular place for me.
Food is always made to order. Haven't had a disappointing dish yet. The calories though.my God. Well worth the extra pounds. Especially the cheesecake.
The food is always great here my favorite dish is the Miso salmon with brown rice and asparagus. I love the flavor and love the sauce.
Food and take out service was good. They just need to make sure the bread is fresh. Too many times I get home and it's hard as a rock. The food itself is always good.
The food was adequate but pricey. Got two glasses of sangria that cost $25. That's outrageous and the fact is I will never go back again. It's just simply not worth it.
Usually a very nice experience.had Daniel as our waiter for the second time and he was great.the only thing is that the fries are consistently not fresh which I'm sure they would have taken care of if I said something.overall a very good experience
The cheesecake factory isn't what it used to be. You'll either enjoy your service and meal or you will have terrible service and terrible food. They need to update the restaurant atmosphere. They need new tables- most are wobbly, the food is either a hit or miss and it's over priced for the service you get. We've had a few bad meals here and an actual burger that had bad cheese on it! They wouldn't make my daughter (11) a new burger they just scraped the cheese off. That's the kind of customer service a restaurant offers? Inexcusable.
Our Service was Excellent! The food was great and everything went perfectly for a party of 8. I would love to give this place 5 stars but it has to be said that this location is not the most handicapped friendly Cheesecake Factory. Our server was a young woman named Matty, perfect service. One dish took just a couple mins longer to come out than other, because she noticed that it wasn’t done to order and had it fixed before the food arrived at the table. Drink refills, boxes, napkins, extra bread, ect. She was on it! Again I would have left 5 stars but with limited handicapped spaces and the ramp to get to the restaurant is just not good. It was an unnecessary obstacle for my Mom. That being said I’d still give it a 4.5 out of 5, and so would she have probably.
Nothing special about the atmosphere but everyone knows this place has about the best food around regardless of price
The chef that made my $25 shrimp Alfredo tonight must have been sleeping. No Alfredo sauce so dry clumps of noodles. Thanks. It’s so bad.
I had a fenomenal experience. Jill, our server she went far and beyond and made it super special. She was professional, charismatic and shows adept skill someone in management would have. I am so coming back to visit. Thank you Jill.
Being able to sit outside comfortably was a pleasure. The food presentation was pleasing but lacking in flavor for sure. There were 4 of us. I had the herb crusted salmon & creamy lemon sauce. Blah! The asparagus were inedible basically, not properly cooked but mash potatoes passed. My brother had the chicken avocado bacon sandwich. ABSOLUTELY no flavor. I didn't even want to take half home for leftovers. My mother did enjoy her shrimp & pasta entree though.
The service was outstanding however. My compliments in that area for sure. Most importantly was sharing time & chit chat with my family which was the priority not the food this go round.
First off, I like the Cheesecake Factory. It’s a solid brand with fairly consistent food. And we have eaten here before. But this time the service was terrible and we were literally rushed out of the restaurant. I understand about turnover but this is just bad practice in the restaurant business. Food is okay. Service is not.
Foods great. Prices are fair and not over the board like other fine restaurants with throw up food. Cheesecake definitely has the best food in the country. I just hope they are paying their cooks and chefs very very good, they deserve it.
Staff is on point. Very attentive. Usually doesn't take too long to be seated. Food is great and has a big option of cheese cakes to choose from.
