Way too many menu items to choose from.confusing to park for a pick up as there was no easy crubside unless I just overlooked it

Overall it is consistently good. This location is kept very cold which makes the experience uncomfortable. Maja sure to bring a sweater or clothing to be warm.

Lina did a great job taking care of us. Meal was terrific! Great place to visit to catch up w old friends!

Last time we went (early November) it was packed. I always feel that The Cheesecake Factory is overpriced for a chain, but the food, service and decor are definitely worth it.

When they asked me how I wanted my order and then they brought it at their way
I ordered my meal at the way I liked it, they didn't have to decide for me

Alanna (not sure of spelling) is a great server! Professional, helpful, and polite. Food was delicious.

Cajun chicken pasta and fish tacos. Too much food to want cheesecake. Not thrilled with the overcooked chicken. First time here. A young place I guess. Half hour to get in and a large Sunday evening crowd. Server was attentive. If I go back it will be for that cheesecake.

We have been coming here for years and I am ashamed that I have not left a review before.

The service has always been excellent, the food comes out as described on the menu and of course there is the whole dessert issue to indulge yourself with.

Today we were treating one of our staff and we let her pick anywhere in Jacksonville to go, our treat and “The Cheese Cake Factory “ is where she chose to have lunch.

And what a great choice she made. Kayla was our server today and she did an excellent job taking care of us and we would love to have her again.

The meals are so huge that we all had plenty left over for another meal tonight.

I must say I chose the “Curry Shrimp dish with Chicken “ and it was the best choice I’ve ever made off of one of the most extensive menus I’ve ever seen.

Certainly not lunch on a budget, Burt considering we all will get 2 meals each out of today and all had cheese cake left over for later, maybe not a bad deal after all.

A nice place for lunch surprisingly we only had to wait 15 minutes. Usually an hour or longer wait.

I went to this location for the 2nd time with a group of about 13 ladies. Though my fist experience was great, this 1 I can't quite say the same. We had to wait at least an hour just for a table. They knew we were coming so I'm not sure why the delay. It was busy but not slammed. Once we got sat down the servers were very Friendly however I only wanted to order a desert, I had my 5 & 7 year old with me but that also took so long. We arrived at 6: 45 & I didn't receive desert until about 8: 30. My son had fallen asleep it took so long & I had to take a few bites & take it to go. I will say the pineapple upside-down cheese cake was extremely delicious.

I will never go to another Cheesecake Factory ever again because of the one at the Town Center. The burger was under cooked the bacon was super greasy the shrimp tempura was super greasy also that we had to take the batter off of the shrimp just to eat it and the tortillas for the fish tacos was greasy as hell. Then the manager had the nerve to ask if we wanted a piece of cheesecake I was scared that the cake may have been greasy too. Worst $50 dollars spent. Everything was grease grease and MORE GREASE! …. Never again! Worse experience especially for this being a highly talked about restaurant. How embarrassing! Kitchen staff must have a mandatory meeting and a taste test on the menu items and specials. And hold the grease!
