The Cheesecake Factory, Pembroke Pines FL

Faithfully spend a ton of $ here and hate to complain. BUT, ordered online and got absolutely robbed for a delivery order. Portions were very small, child size. I understand it's black Friday but still unacceptable and disappointing

The food came out cold and had to be sent back a couple of times. Once the Manger got involved they got there act together.

Food was great and service was awesome. Barry (our server) was awesome. Will definitely come again. Ask for Barry he is the best.

Cheesecake Factory of Pines is one of my favorite restaurants, the Food & Service is AWESOME & the prices are reasonable, highly recommended!

This is my first te ever I wasn't happy with the service. I barely saw our server and desert was served with out spoon. Food was delicious as usual

Great place. Fast service on a busy Saturday evening. The pasta was great. Even just eating the bread is a delight. It is in the pricier side, but the menu is super extensive. There is something for everyone.

Stop in for quick bite and drink while shopping. Service was great, bartender was very friendly, and food was delicious.

Male greeter told me a 20 min wait. I returned to him in 23 minutes and he looks me straight in the eye and says, "I told you the wait was 40 minutes! " Instead of causing a scene I just walked out. He literally called me a liar! Will never go back!

I went to this location a couple of weeks ago. I had two servers, and they were both great. The food was really good. I love Cheesecake Factory because of the menu. There's something on there for everyone.

This cheesecake factory has seen better days.despite it being Monday and a slooow Monday.it was chaos and disorganization at the to-go desk.waited for the check out girl to look up and acknowledge us waiting for over 5 minutes. Then she arbitrarily tended.to people who walked up randomly after us and tended to THEM.the food was waiting on a side table - COLD by now - the whole time we waited on the check out girl's inattetive, sullen, slouchy, INCOMPETENT ineptitude attention. I dared to visit the bathroom due to the extra long wait. DISGUSTING! Used Papers on the bathroom floor in and out of the stall, nasty, nasty, nasty.and COVID19 IS STILL circulating. You decide for yourself.but this Cheesecake Factory at Pembroke Gardens has seen better days.

Tonight was my 2nd time this month. Bathroom is not up to cheesecake standard. Someone has to make rounds. Food is always good.

The lady server was better than the food! Cheesecake factory took off the menu some of its best foods, such as shrimp and grits, beet salad with pecans, green apples and goat cheese. The food is now average!

I tried the artichoke & crab dip. This was absolutely sinful. If this is something you like then you have to try this one. I hope they keep it permanently on their menu. Also had the stuffed mushrooms which were good as well. Just wasn't even thinking about them since that dip had all my senses focusing on it. I had to come back & edit this review cause I saw caught up on the food, that I didn't even realize I forgot all about our server. I can't remember her name, but she was the sweetest server. She was professional, engaging, knowledgeable & honest. Just an excellent server all around. I feel terrible that I forgot her name. If it helps we were a party of 4 with 1 young handsome man (of course that's me), an 88 year old & the other 2 were in their early 60s. It was around 1pm I think & we sat in a booth. Plus my aunt & myself might have had a noticeable New York accent. So anyway hope that helps identify who we were & the server that gave us excellent service & care. I hope you will recognize how much value she adds to your restaurant. So not only will I be back because of the food but I will definitely coming back cause of the wonderful service. Thank you again. Robert was very accommodating when I asked him to wear his mask before making our order. We were moved to another table with a waiter named Andres who didn't get the message that we didn't want a waiter without a mask. So while Andres didn't wear his mask, he didn't spend much time speaking to us. I wasn't pleased though that Andres didn't ask me whether it was ok if he could serve us without a mask.
I expect an establishment to ask the customer whether they would mind if they wore a mask. Assuming that the customer wouldn't mind that they not have a mask while they speak to them is rather presumptuous and unprofessional. Just my opinion. It's not about mandates from state or federal laws; just the comfort level of the customer who comes to eat.
The food was great. The serving hours were appreciated. The wait time to be seated was exceptional.

Service and food was great, the salad menu did not have my favorite salad, that was a disappointment. Dessert was superb as always.

I had lunch for the first time at the cheesecake factory in Pembroke Pines, it was my birthday, the waiter with the pink hair was very pleasant and patient with us, the food was delicious i had fun. I will be back. Good job guys
