Saturday night, off season, not too crowded.
It wasn't bad.

Great Service, Delicious Food, Huge Menu, If you can't find something to like here, you're not going to fine it anywhere!
The bus boys and kitchen have been horrible slow and crappy for the past 3 months go to yardhouse or grimadls instead.took them 20mins to clean a table for us last night after them keep saying it be another 5mins for good 20-3mins then another 1hr20mins for our food then saturday it took them over 1hr30mins for food probanly never coming back worst two b-day dinners ever
Big Menu. Something for everyone. Always a safe bet with family and kids. Love the shrimp tempura appetizer.
My boyfriend and I went today after a doctors appointment at 2: 30.
We just wanted a nice place to eat.we were seated quickly and it was empty so we thought it would be great.
Unfortunately we were wrong.
Waiters and waitress walked by our table.one after another and it's like we were invisible.
We finally asked if we were going to be helped and got a snarky remark from a tall thin waiter with a funny mustache.
We still got no one so we left.
Great way to run a business!

The food is always good, but our service was horrendous. Waitress was very slow, kept walking around avoiding walking by her tables, it was not worth it.
We went to The Cheesecake Factory today around 230 for a nice lunch. We were seated right away which was great but after that it went down hill. We waited more than 15 minutes and no waiter or waitess came over to our table although several of them walked past our table. I finally stopped 1waiter and asked him if anybody was going to wait on us. He stated that he would get someone and still no one came to our table. At this time we got up to leave and the hosstess wanted to call a managsr. We said thanks and left.
