The Cheesecake Factory, Sunrise FL

We usually eat at cheesecake as often as We can. Their food is very good. This time we went for a birthday. Took Three hours to get out. Our server started out pretty good. Then it all went to hell. We had to ask multiple times for the bread. We're never asked if we wanted to order any more drinks. What Told by server that they would come and sing Happy Birthday never did waited and waited to order cheesecake, We never did as half of our party left including the birthday boy.the 2 children with us were so tired and beginning to get cranky as they needEd to get home to bed for school the next day. She finally brought the check which was incorrect had to redo.then as we waited for her to bring back the revised checks which she kept walking around and were in her pocket as she served other people, brought people boxes, Then proceeded to add on an 18% tip for party of 3. I told her I wanted a manager. He took 11 minutes to come to our table. I told him I don't know why anyone should feel that the service we were provided was worth 18% And he needed to remove that tip which he did. He stated that they automatically add the tip because we were a party of 8 well we have gone there with a party of 11 and have never had a tip automatically put on. And Bill was split 3 ways, All of us are very good tippers well I wasn't a very good one that night. Being busy is one thing, but downright ignoring us while we stare at you, horrible

Last time was better. This time my meal didn't fit the plate nearly as much. And the Mac and Cheese was watered down. Like 3.5

Great place, great service, great food. Loved the Chicken Parmesan Pizza, if you haven't already, you must try it.

I placed an order to go and when i arrived home, we were missing one of our items. I immediately called the store and was able to speak to a manager. They said because the order was placed online they could not refund me my money but they could send me a gift card. The lady was nice and did it for more than my item was. I received the gift card in the mail along with an apology letter from Suzette the manager. I have always had great service at this location and even when they don't get it right they make it right. Great customer service!

The cheesecake factory has been one of my favorite place to eat ever since I moved down to Florida. I even celebrated my birthday there and it was awesome. Food is good, service is always nice and the atmosphere is comfortable.

The reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the long wait times to be seated, the fact that you can't make reservations and also because I remember their food being more seasoned when I started going there. I'm wondering if they intentionally don't season their plates as much to give us the choice. In any case, I look my food seasoned.

But other than that, I definitely recommend this place even if it's just for the cheesecakes.

I have been here before, went with my family for the first time. My wife was a bit skeptical on whether she will get any healthy / light options but she was pleasantly surprised. They thoroughly enjoyed the food at The Cheesecake factory.
One of the best Nachos, baked to perfection and the chocolate cheesecake were absolutely amazing.
Would keep visiting again.

The cheesecake factory at Sawgrass Mall was absolutely beautiful. An abundance of reliable staff members. The food was excellent and the atmosphere charming. It was quite busy but was taken care of very quickly.

The service was great. Food had good flavor but my pork chop was a bit tough to chew. Maybe because the cut was too thick? The menu is a bit overwhelming, I would suggest looking at it online before you go. The desserts are yummy.

The best service I've received so far. The waitress was super professional, very polite, and very welcoming. The whole staff members were very professional, no awkward look and the service was very fast. I didn't like the way the guy serving the food drop the plate in front of me because he could do it nicer but I still give 5 stars because the waitress offered a more than 5 stars service.

Cheesecake factory is awesome! Seemed busy but we got seated very fast and service was/always is great! Food is always great too!

Went here years ago for dinner and was not impressed. Went back a week ago with colleagues for work and was again not impressed. The service and the food was just ok, there was nothing that tasted great that I would say I want to come back here and eat again.

Great food, service is always good, but Jessica, our waitress tonight, was outstanding. She was perfect in every way.

This was the worse experience. After waiting 1h20 for an order that wasn’t done properly in the first time. They ended up not bringing out our food, so we told the waiter to cancel the order and the manager couldn’t even care. Would never go back to this place again. The manager was impolite although he realized that it was 100% their fault. Even though they replied to my review I sent them an email and no one reached out to me. What a customer service!

BEST IN TOWN! Where to start? This is our 2nd time here since the food selection is huge the portion will fill you up no doubt! The ambiance with the decor is very attractive. Top it off with the best cheesecake you will ever eat. Ask for Jamal he is very attention server who offers a great service while suggesting you the best drinks!

Great overall experience. The waiter was very accommodating and we enjoyed it for the most part. I didn’t enjoy the medium well ribeye steak as I thought I would as it was super dry, but that might just have been my fault (should have gone for the medium). The ultimate red velvet cheesecake was fantastic though!

Be prepared for a large crowd at this location depending on when you go. Sawgrass is usually pretty crowded so I’d try to go during off peak hours especially if you have a large party. Service and food quality is great.

Always a wait at this Sawgrass Mills location. Cleanliness needs attention, good is always on point.

Went in for cheesecake, place was packed! The staff at the counter was very knowledgeable, and friendly despite the influx of customers!

My server was excellent very kind when we had to leave for family emergency packed all our food up quick and nicely. When we got home and ate the food was great.

The food was delicious from the bread to the main course to dessert. Excellent service was also provided
