The worst cappuccino in all miami, bad and cold. I complained to the waiter and he says that they do it here.did not offer any apology and I charge them

Excellent service, beautiful atmosphere, food and drink was both visually appealing and delicious. Very pleasant experience all the way around. We went on a very busy Sunday. The restaurant was extremely crowded however, we did not wait long. We plan on going back again!

I've been to a couple of Cheesecake Factories in different cities and must say that I'm impressed by both food and staff. Always great food and service. I recommend everyone to try them at least once and decide for themselves. My only issue with Cheesecake Factory is that they don't exist in Sweden!

Great food, serviceminded staff and really yummy cheescakes. Tried both burgers and pasta and they where delicious!

Nice experience.had the avocado egg rolls and were delicious.was not that crazy about the carne asada dish.too spicy and not enough flavor.the hibachi steak was a better choice.overall is worth going.

It's a must visit whenever I go Dolphin mall. Love the fried Mac & cheese. Outside seating is available but not recommended due to birds. Tables can be a bit messy at times.

Food is delicious. Sometimes on busy nights the servers will get your order wrong and will be repeatedly coming back to double check what you ordered. Other times the service is amazing though!

Good service and good food (and lots of it!). They don't take reservations; so on busy nights, prepare to wait a a little while.

My wife got sick from the shepherd's pie I'm glad I did not order that my waitress argued with me insisted regular Brown T was the mint green tea that she gave me my Burger was overcooked my son also had a Burger and it was very overcooked we complain but the waitress didn't seem to care didn't take it off our bill we didn't even eat it I never had a manager coming apologize

The place is always full and wait times are ridiculous but when you finally get to sit the waiters are prompt and helpful.

We went to celebrate the birthday of our 2 year old daughter and they sang happy birthday to her and the food was great and the service excellent thanks to all.

Reasonable wait for Black Friday! Great service and great food! Finished with Banana creme cheesecake slice!

I love eating in this place. My prefer plate are Carne asada, the bread here is unique and the Godiva Cheesecake is amazing.

Horrible service ordered a lemonade took 30 min. No silverware on the table by the time food arrived overall a bad experience don't recommend to anybody

The burger bacon bacon was ok, I ask for a Stella beer and the burger hey first than my drink, the waiting take like 20 minuts to get a tablet, the price was ok

Usually I have a good experience but man the attention couldn't be worse yesterday. My food was cold, my waiter was no where to be found and I had to go searching for him.

Cheese cake is well.known brand but for the last two times food was bad like so bad specially on the closing hours, first time we were 5 all food cold and smaller portion thab usual and yesterday we ordered 4 cheese pasta we got a red sauce with slightly cheese topped with ricoota, personally it was pomodoro pasta and they still insist its four cheese, i dont know what to say other than im not satisfied at all.

Very good the food, to take the passion fruit margarita very tasty, the guacamole delicious y el seafood dinner very good, recomend 100% I loved.

Cheesecakes are delicious and they have a very diverse menu. The flavors are the best. The place is lovely.
