The Club at Town Center, Jacksonville FL

I just moved into The Club at Town center not too long ago, and I was amazed at how clean the units were, and not to mention Amanda in the front office, she was absolutely amazing throughout the move in process, very informative, helpful and cared about our needs. The customer service here is absolutely outstanding and they will have maintenance out to your unit the very same day you report a problem. I highly recommend living here.

Idk about great value. But. I do like the location more than I thought I would.

Staff are 8/10. Not bad.

Amber has been nothing short of awesomeness.
And reading through the reviews, only a hand full of people were dissatisfied. Never going to make everyone happy
Only issue I have are some fees. Like trash and internet fees.

Very nice place, management and entire staff are amazing and work hard to make TCTC a safe and efficient place to live. Appreciate the staff’s proactive response to keeping residents safe during the pandemic. Thanks everyone!

This place is a real bang for your buck. It’s the most conveniently located, affordable, nice apartment.
They have security at night, seems like maintenance is available 24/7, is quiet, and beautiful. Ive loved living here

This is literally the best place! Joan is super nice and got me moved in VERY quick. I love everything about my apartment. The neighbors are super friendly. Maintenance is also so nice and greets me every time they see me. The apartments are super clean inside and outside. I’m so happy I chose The Club At Town Center for my new home.

This place is very professional & helpful!
I spoke with Allison when I first walked in and she was very knowledgeable on all of the questions I asked and even followed-up with me after our appointment. Very clean and organized office as well! Would highly recommend.

I love how everyone greeted me when I walked through the door. Earl was very respectful and helped me find my new home! I’m excited to finally be in the town center!

Staff is very professional and prioritizes getting to know their tenants. There are monthly COMPLIMENTARY resident activities to not only show customer appreciation but to promote a sense of community. Are there minor wear and tear issues due to the fact these are older apartments-sure. However, the service team always responds promptly and practices the utmost respect when entering and servicing the home. I have no regrets about my decision to live at TCTC.

This is a great apartment complex! The staff, especially Amber Marceau, is very friendly, professional, and responsive. The property hosts fun resident events, and the staff keeps all common spaces clean and nice. I'd highly recommend!

I requested information via email and Earl response was very quick. He sent over enough information that caught my attention. I went and toured the place and I loved it from the time I arrived. Great community plus staff!

I went into the office and immediately felt the upbeat atmosphere and
the quick willingness to help. I was greeted by Joan Howell who was so helpful. The company is lucky to have great help.

I toured here on a weekend with Allison and even though it was busy, she made me feel very welcomed and provided me with all the information that was needed! Definitely great customer service, i would recommend.

I have lived here for almost a year and it has been just what I need. Everyone was super helpful when I moved in. Whenever I have had any issues, Amber and her team have quickly resolved them!

I started looking for my first apartment and i really enjoyed this place. Allison helped walk me through the whole process of getting an apartment and what exactly i needed to do. Very nice place, the upgrades look good.

Amber is the most understanding manager I’ve dealt with in any apartment community I’ve ever lived. She and her crew are prompt and compassionate but most of all make you feel like you are family. Every work order I’ve placed has been taken care of quickly and the one time I was late on a payment Amber was flexible, helping me get back on track!
