It's disgusting the way this place treated my mother and step father. Do not waste your time with this place if you love the one you are thinking about placing here.

Enjoyed the facility because it was close too home for husband to visit. The nurses at The Club are outstanding. Physical therapist are good would love more time in therapy. Room was nice and clean. Meals are improving. Houselkeeping amazing. Customer service is good. Concierge on a scale 1-10 is a 15:)

I found the therapy department to be knowledgeable, beneficial and well structured for the patients. The caregiver Bernadette has gone above and beyond And is a valuable employee. I would highly recommend

Mitch is the therapist and he does an amazing job. He was really helpful assisting my wife in her rehabilitation process.

Just want to share what I observed in the club while visiting. It was so clean and everyone was so friendly. I enjoyed the activities that they offer.

Cannot speak highly enough about the staff and care! Staff is exceptional and so kind and the facilities are amazing! This place is a gem in the world of healthcare and led by a great administrator.

This facility is one of the best I’ve ever encounter! The staff is OVERLY AMAZING! Housekeeping does a fantastic job at keeping the place clean. I absolutely love it here and so does my grandmother?

Concierge- Lynnette’s smiling face coming to see me everyday. Even when I’m sleeping she’d leave a note letting me know she stopped by. Food is awesome, facility is beautiful, staff is great. Highly recommend for a short term experience. My gaurdian Angel Brittany is great.

I appreciated how much Tri County Caregiver Resource Centers assisted with putting a plan of action together.

I would like to acknowledge Bernadette for for super caregiver. Here at the club she's kind, thorough and always friendly. I would highly recommend her.

Nurses and staff are top of the line. Dietary meals are delicious. Serving size is great and always hot. House keepers are always cleaning the facility.
Therapy is awesome. Ebony cna helped me get information needed to contact my daughter. I truly appreciated that she's amazing. Lynnette Potts has been sweet and helps bring smiles and laughter doing this time not only to me but my daughter as well.she has an anointing over her. They are blessed to have her here.

This facility is super! Housekeeping is fantastic in my room everyday. Staff is super friendly. I enjoy therapy I like early mornings and they accommodate that for me. Crystal and Christina are great! Food and communication with dietary needs improvement. My guardian Angel Brittany is just that an Angel. Amanda does a really great job when it comes to my wound care very patient and caring. Customer service Lynnette Potts is the right one for the job! Very energetic, smiley, has patience, fantastic Listener and timely in getting things done! Highly recommend this rehabilitation to any and everyone in need of rehab.

Just say no and look elsewhere. If there was a zero star, they would get it. My dad was there for one week. He was picked up at the hospital and tossed like a sack of potatoes onto the stretcher. There is barely anyone around at the facility. Most of the staff my mom had contact with, didn't want to speak with her or address her concerns. One day she came in and found him wearing someone else's shirt. He was unresponsive and unable to wake up. The nurse said that he was tired from rehab yesterday only to find out that a few hours later he had to be transported back to the hospital with very low blood sugar and oxygen and had to be intubated. My mom went back two days after he went to the hospital to collect his items left and his food and urine bottle were still in the room.

Staff is terrific all poite and respectful. Lovely facility is cleaned daily. Food is delicious. Caroline physical therapist fantastic. Crystal occupational is fantastic. Cna Eboni and Carmesha is terrific.
Lynnette is wonderful, caring, and attentive. Highly recommend this facility to family and friends.

I love The Club! I've had a few close friends and family members there and they are the best! Great care, great food and great people!

Can’t say enough about the staff the therapist, the care that I’ve been given since I’ve been here makes me sad to go home tomorrow
