Edit: Reviews here are padded. I strongly advise against considering Collection in Miami if you're seeking any form of assistance beyond car purchases. The staff here appeared consistently dissatisfied, to say the least. My personal experience involved purchasing a key for my Audi Q5, which they had to order. Unfortunately, when it finally arrived three weeks later, it was for my other Audi, an A6, which was a clear mix-up on their part.

Fast forward to the following month, I returned the same day they called, only to find out that the key had been lost upon my arrival. After a two-day search, they eventually located it, and I hesitantly returned to settle the bill. The key cost around $600. After a discussion, they eventually lowered the price, but the fact that it took over three months of dealing with them just to obtain a spare key left me wondering about the situation had it been a pressing need.

Incredibly disappointed, took my vehicle to get service and was told an oil change had been performed. Unfortunately that was not quite the case, I attempted to contact my advisor, who up until that point I thought had done such a great job stopped answering the phone, did not return any calls or messages. Turns out the oil change was not really completed properly and as a result oil leaked all over the car, on my garage floor and that is not even to mention the danger my family and I were under driving the car under those conditions.
Incredibly disappointed by the actions of the Jaguar service department.

I feel this post is a must. Have ti send Kudos to my salesman Kevin and the sales manager Gabriel. I went there because I needed a bigger car, I had a 2020 q3 Sline and got a 2021 Q5 premium plus. It wasn’t an easy deal, not even close i put them a hard work with those numbers, after 2 days they called me and found a way to get me into my new beautiful ride. Much better and spacious car and my payments didn’t go much higher even with included maintenance. Kevin was very helpful and profesional, he has a natural talent at a very young age. Thank you again.

Danielle Fernandez helped me purchase my Audi and she was amazing! She was so patient with helping me find a model that would fit my budget and lifestyle. She helped me sell my lease to Carmax (where they gave me almost $3,000 more than my original dealership was going to give me.)

I didn’t feel rushed into purchasing and she actually advised me to get everything sorted with my old car before jumping into a new lease. I’m so thankful she did because I was able to bring my monthly payment down!

It was a very luxurious experience and she was very kind and understanding of my needs the entire time. An amazing attitude and energy to be around. I will definitely be personally requesting her once my lease ends.
