Old building with the front by the pool concrete caving in. Champlain part 2 coming.i was renting and broke my lease when i noticed the concrete caving in by the pool.poorly managed Run! Go see the concrete carving in for yourself right by the entrance to the ocean from the pool

Amazing place because la Donna lives there!
But the rent is too high. Very very expensive
