Very kind staff (Mr. Richard:) and they were honest and allowed me to have a laptop repaired even though it is out dated and the big box store would have told me to recycle it.

Great customer service and didn't try and sell me something I didn't want or need. I told them I was looking for a decent used laptop and that is what they sold me and at a good price. I definitely will be bringing them my business in the future!

I have used them in the past with good results.however their phone message says they are open 10 to 5 on Tuesdays. I called and spoke with Richard he said yes they were open 10 to 5 bring my computer down

. I called at 1134 got there at 1215 it takes a half hour to get there and there is a sign saying out to lunch till one.he couldnt have told me thsy over the phone.so are your hours 10 to five with an hour closed for lunch cause nothing indicated that or is it 10 to 5. You are already not available 4 days a week and you do not call anyone back like your message says you do.

Richard did a good job at explaining the work that was being done to my computer. I feel very good about the repair that was done.
