My Galaxy Tablet worked fine, but it had come unglued. The repair section at the big box store couldn't help me and told me I was better off buying a new one. I took it to Rand, and he had it reglued in 30 minutes. He charged a nominal fee and helped me save hundreds of dollars. My Galaxy Tablet will probably last another 6 years. What a guy! Thank you, Rand!

My son had an issue with his gaming PC, and Rand took care of it better than expected. A day after bringing the PC back home, I received a call from the owner to ensure everything was running perfectly. It's hard to find people that take pride in their work these days, and I only write reviews for I people / business that do.

I took my gaming pc in to get repaired, and also upgrade, using some of the same parts. Rand was able to fully repair my old hard drives (and the full pc itself from blue screens), while also building a brand new, top of the line, gaming pc. He provided clear communication on his progress and provided thorough details on the issues that occurred with the old pc. For such a massive project, which would have taken me weeks/months, he was able to complete it in just a couple of days. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

After my laptop’s battery broke down and caused my laptop to almost catch on fire I was only able to find one shop that stays open the extra hour while everyone else closes.after giving him my laptop he ran a full diagnostic on it and also made sure my hard drive was fully functional while not losing any data by creating a backup + making a new one. In addition to that, he also added an extra terrabyt just to make sure I could get the full use of my laptop which means a lot because I’m constantly on my pc.

My main hobby is PC gaming, I've been building and gaming on custom rigs of my own since I've been 14 years old. I'm in my late 30s now and have work, family, and other obligations so I am short on time. And so when I wanted to build a new top of the line gaming PC to upgrade my 5 year old system, I needed someone I could trust to build my PC after I bought all the parts.

Thankfully, I had Rand at the Computer Place. Last year, he quickly and skillfully replaced the dying AIO liquid CPU cooler in my (now) old rig. So, when I dropped off parts I bought worth almost four grand, I had no worries.

While serving other customers' computer needs, within 3 days, he unpacked, built, and tested my new gaming PC from the ground up. He stayed up late Friday evening to finish it because I mentioned I wanted to tinker and play on it on the weekend. It runs perfectly, and I know if there is an issue, I can call Rand and he'll do his utmost to ensure that the PC runs perfectly again and that I am happy as a customer. Attached is a picture of the new beast he constructed for me.

Has been the second time that Rand save my day, my work and my computer.
1rst time, my computer broke, and I almost lost 6 years of work (a lot of architecture heavy stuff) and he and his patient recovered all my files in record time and made it work again!
2nd time, my computer needed an update to be able to work faster because I needed to do some renders for work, and it was not responding (again, worst timing). And in a matter of dayss he not only recommended several options of things I could do but also order the new parts and build it for me, he also had to copy all my files from my old hard drive to a new solid card.
He has responded to all my inquiries and messages at any time and day, even weekends! Definitely one of a kind. I'm really grateful to have found him and I truly recommend him, he is a great person and cares about his clients. 5 stars for Rand!

I brought several computers in for hard drive recovery. Rand did the job in three days! Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get the job done. Pricing was good and comparable to the job. We'll return for future needs.

Had my computer for 3 months after telling me it would be fixed in 3 days. Destroyed it it no longer works at all did absolutely nothing to attempt to fix it. Find somewhere else to go he isn’t even at the shop half of the time. All my computer needed was a new power port … now my laptop is garbage. Thanks!

I recommend this place for your PC needs! Rand saved the day when everywhere else in town was closed and I was in an emergency with my pc. Staying open late is so cool, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable in the pc build field. Got me right back on track. Lifesaver!

Brought my boyfriends gaming computer in because it was running slow and not loading properly.
