The Cove at Boynton Beach Apartments

Diane was so helpful! I was looking for a 3/2 and even though they didn’t have anything, she went over and beyond to help me.so patient & kind. I would recommend anyone looking for am apartment in this crazy market to come ask for Diane!

Just had to specifically write a review to say Jake is absolutely great. He made the move in process easy and stress-free for us. He would always answer our questions right away and help us as much as possible. Very friendly and helpful. As for the complex, we have felt safe, our maintenance requests are promptly fulfilled, and the area is well-kept.

The maintenance crew here really does a great job keeping the community clean and in good shape, they also take care of maintenance requests quickly, it's always been between 24 to 48 hours hours for me.

Hello everyone, I moved here last year and this place is AMAZING. The Cove is close to shopping centers located on congress, woolbright and Boynton Beach Blvd. Some schools are in proximity as well. You can really relax at the Cove. Plenty of amenities, gym, tennis court, place where you can play basketball, gazebo with several BBQ grills and MUCH MUCH MORE! The staff are Amazing. I love them

Lived here for years. Overall satisfied. Love the community and location is close to just about everything. The staff are friendly and courteous. The maintenance staff respond to and resolve issues fairly quickly. Some of the newer tenants leave a lot to be desired. Used to be more quiet in the past. Otherwise, wouldn't mind being here for a while.

I love it here. Me & my family love the environment. I love the peacefulness and quietnesses. The kids get to play in peace. I really love the amenities.

Yes, I do work here. But I truly love this community. I’ve worked at a few different properties since entering the industry in 2017 and The Cove is by far my favorite. I can promise you that every property is not without flaws but the management truly cares about the people who live there. I would definitely recommend living here, not just because I work here but because I would live here.

I Diane was my leasing agent about 3 yrs now and it been great. Just got remediation done and they did an awesome job.

Maintenance is always on point. Outside of the weekend (which I get, people need days off. But honestly, to be honest sometimes even in the weekends) the maintenance always comes through to help out or at least assess an issue to then go and solve it at a later (albeit still quick) time. Also, the food trucks slap. Tacos Al Carbon? In my back yard? Haitian and Jamaican food? Ice cream? Churros? Come on, now.
Any time I’ve had to pop into the leasing office, the staff has been super efficient/ helpful, and really professional while also being casual/friendly.
If I had any substantial issue it would be the speed bumps coming in/out are r o u g h. But honestly, y’all can make it up by having food trucks come more often let ya boy eat.

Diane showed my boyfriend and I a beautiful 2bed/2bath unit today and helped us with the application process. She was incredibly sweet and helpful and we can't wait until our big move!

Diane is amazing. Great comforting nature made me feel extremely welcomed. Can't wait to see and talk to her again
