Maintenance poor, I dont see any improvement.landscape need to improve.just drive around and see.owners or tenants are welcome to HOA meetings, but these meetings are hard to go, they are announced usually 48 hours before. Im a onwer for the last 10 years, requesting a.website where we can communicate better.still waiting.
