The Cutting Board reviews
16We used The Cutting Board for catering our daughters wedding. Brisket and Mac and Cheese were absolute favorites. Food was delicious and piping hot. Highly recommend!
Omg, this place is amazing! From walking into this place, to the service to the food being served! So very nice and clean too.
This is a must go place for sure. I look forward to returning soon.
I love this place they fry mullet just like my family. And our waitress was wonderful a little short girl with wavy dark hair. I wanna say her name was Kinsy I'm not sure but she was great. Every time I go there it's outstanding. I hate to hear their closing. I hope they find another place to open.
Food was mediocre at best- premade frozen burger patties, and it came out with cheese (I asked specifically for no cheese). The fried green tomatoes we good. Service was super fast and she mostly kept our drinks refilled. Atmosphere was SUPER loud- I was definitely overstimulated and had a hard time talking to the people at my table.
This is a pretty decent little restaurant. It tends to get very busy and the staff is small so it can take a while however. I haven't been disappointed with anything so far but the hushpuppies are the best thing they got. I always ask for a basket even though it's not on the menu. So long as you don't mind a bit of a wait it's worth it.
Hush puppy had ketchup on it. They must have taken it from another plate and served it again. Quality has slipped as well.
1st time after recommendation from a friend. SAD to hear will be closing at the end of the year due to Storage company that owns the strip mall wants to expand. We need fabulous local businesses more than storage facilities in this area!
Po boy is made with a sad flavorless hoagie roll, not French bread. Not for Po people, combo is over $17.
Cozy little place, food is amazing. Never disappointed. Very reasonable prices. Wished they were open more often!
They only open one day a week in the eve. It sucks the food is great but no Monday Tuesday Wednesday only Thurs till, 3 Friday till 8 and nothing else how do they pay the bills here
It was very loud. Food was burned some, not the best I have had there. Some days the food is good, others not so much. Friendly staff.
This is a nice little restaurant, a pleasant atmosphere and a very friendly staff. The food is very tasty!
Some of best food I've had in a long time. Country fried steak was so good. Fried pickles the best around.
So, so yummy! My husband and I both ordered the Blue Crab Claws and Fried Green Tomatoes. Let me tell you that it was delicious! The crab claws were BIG! Their Hushpuppies are so good and probably the best we’ve ever had. The servers were outstanding! By the time we finished there was a line waiting to get in! This was 5PM! Get there early and go hungry! We’ll definitely be back!
I feel like everytime I wanna eat here they are not open. I was excited to check and see they are open today. 11/10/22. We were like FINALLY. We drove from Pace to find a closed sign on the door. They are a good restaurant from memory. They are the only place I feel I can't eat at based off hours of operation. Went to the fishing hole. I feel this will be the new go-to place. They are open!
Best flavors EVER! I got to indulge in their grilled mahi fish tacos and smoked gouda cheese grits for lunch. And the HUSH PUPPIES. Some of the best I've ever had! Such an amazing combination! Macy is a delight and it was a great first time at this local restaurant. Can't wait for my next time!
