Call to set up a simple appointment and was given attitude it was a Spanish woman who come off smart, Alec an over the top can imagine if things are starting off like this how they’ll be in the office

If you like to get jerked around by the staff or called at the last minute and canceled on multiple occasions. This is the group for you. The doctor is awesome but I don’t know who’s running the show there.

The office staff is friendly from start to finish! Dr Henner is a very caring doctor!
I have recommended many, many patients to this practice and everyone has nothing but positive comments to say!
I wish all dr offices were as quick and efficient as this office is!

I cannot tell you how pleased I was with my visit. I was very nervous about a growth on my leg that I pretty much knew was cancer. It definitely was. Dr. Henner treated it there on the spot. I also felt like he explained everything very well and the office was very supportive. I’m so grateful that I found dermatology group that I feel confident, comfortable and secure with. I’m so grateful I was treated there and I look forward to future visits monitoring my skin cancer.

Family went here and found a bunch of mask police frequently telling them to pull their mask over their nose. We follow the science on our family not pc garbage. Will find a different Doctor.

Amazing group of people at this Longwood office! From the front desk to the assistants and the doctor.all so nice and caring. Ashley removed a couple moles for me, and my Hidrocystoma from my eye, so effortlessly and with such compassion. Highly recommend this office!

The people here were nice but I have had issues with quality of work and payment issues in the past two visits. On one visit I had a pre cancer taken off but she did not get it all and I had to go back. They wanted to charge me again but one of the Asst told me they would not if they missed some the first time. I was than sent a bill for payment from another office that I didnt get the procedure done. I had to call billing to get my money back after they said they wouldnt charge. Than I went in to get a few tiny broken veins on my nose fixed. I noticed after a few days she didnt get it all I called and they told me I had to pay again to finish it. Sorry but thats twice now that Ashley didnt do it right the first time. And I wanted to speak to Ashley but they said that they would and call me back. They lost my business.

I was not impressed. I came in for a full body scan. They did not check under my breasts, my underarms, between my toes, in my uncomfortable areas, etc. While I am not high risk and likely have no issues, I don't feel confident that I was appropriately or thoroughly screened. Additionally, I was told a prescription would be sent in to my pharmacy. It was not sent in. I will be selecting another dermatology group for future annual scans.

My husband and I had Dr. Ahmed and Brook, what a positive experience it was. We highly recommend this group on 434!
