The Dogwash: It's All About The Bath, North Fort Myers FL

I brought my golden doodle in for a diy wash and discovered a wonderful resource! Staff is so helpful for someone like me, who had never used a high velocity dryer, patiently showing me how to get the best results bathing my dog. I will be bringing him here regularly now because the process is so easy and a good value. These are good people.

We took the kids to a self-service bath today. Excellent service. Once they got over the initial shock of water being aimed at them, they actually enjoyed it, especially the massage Phyllis gave them. We put them into a tub together, and even cleaned their ears. The owner also trimmed their mails. They sat on her lap without even moving a muscle. So well behaved, we wondered what happened to our dogs. Will definitely do the event again.p

We had a wonderful experience! We used the self-serve and got in right away. The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful and my guy smells and feels amazing and he loved their cookie lol! We will definitely be back

I am thankful to have found the girls at the dog wash. Most of the negative reviews I’ve read on here must be from people who aren’t happy unless they’re complaining because this place was GREAT! I brought both a large and a small dog for what I was expecting to be a self service wash and was expecting to feel overwhelmed by myself doing the job but quickly felt at ease with kind, loving groomers to assist me with what I needed. I got nail trims as well and Deb was super sweet with both of my fur babies. I’m sure their grooming services are excellent, I was just ecstatic to not have to break my back bending over a tub to bathe my dogs at home-or in the backyard with a cold water hose. The blueberry facial smells amazing too! I have tried other self service wash stations and have always felt it was a waste of money, but not here! Thank you, girls…Romo, Dixie, & I will be back with treats in hand for YOU next time!

Called the lady I spoke with was extremely friendly. Got there with my dog, she helped me and showed me how things work there.definitely will be back every week to give CoCo his baths!

Friendly folks and large clean tubs. Comfortable environment to bathe my dog. They offer grooming services as well. It does cost a little more than most places for a self-service wash.

Best dog wash? Ever, they have the kindest people outthere and most times my husky, howls while getting dried. Here he was cool as a cucumber chilling. They give you everything you need, sometimes help or give good advice. My other dog wash I used to go to got wiped out from the hurricane. Will be coming there forever haha. So glad my sister told me about this place.

Ever since they moved to a not very nice location, they service was poorly, today the front desk lady tells me to bring my dog Aston at noon, when I get there she said they can’t take the dog, but anyway the last times I brought my dog they didn’t do a good job, watch your dogs ears to see if they really clean them since I realised it wasn’t done either, THE BIG THING WAS WHEN THE LADY ACCUSED MY DOG OF BITTING her assistant, My dog most been ABUSED OR MISTREATED to reach, BECAUSE MY DOG HAS NEVER BITE ANYONE. SO be careful about that, they used to be great and professional, NOW their job is pretty bad as well as the trashy location they moved into.
I don’t recommend them is better to find a new place…
The front desk lady yelled at me when I told her that maybe my dog was mistreated… there are other options way better

So great to have a place that will bathe large dogs. Great rates and great service! Have been twice and will be back. Have also used them as self-serve to bathe my dog myself but it's with the price to have them do it. Lol!

I want to start off by saying we had very high hopes and were very excited for our dog to come here. However, it was not what we expected. We were first told it would take an hour to do a basic wash and trim, although we had an appointment. It ended up taking over an hour and a half which wouldn’t have been a problem except her trim was not good, even with reference photos! They didn’t trim the places we asked and the areas they did trim were uneven and she was still COVERED in loose hair. They did put a bow on her which was a nice touch, but they tied it too tight and it pulled out a chunk of her hair: (Sadly, we will not be coming here again.

I have 2 service dogs at this time. Wiz my first dog is retiring after 12 years of service. Just received Owen my second service dog from new horizons service dogs. I have been coming to the dog wash for as long as I can remember Never disappointed. Jacqueline the owner is always on top of things. If I could give them a 10 I would. Also staff has been great to help out when needed

My pup and I had a great experience. The staff provided all the things needed to clean and dry my dog and I loved bonding with my own pup washing her!

By far the worst dog groomer in SWFL I don’t know how these people stay in business just my opinion! They Shaved my Aussie and all of her coat is gone! And I don’t see how the owner is okay with butchering our dog this is unacceptable!

I called on a Saturday hoping to get my pup in on the following Monday. I was going out of town and Duke has not been to a groomer yet (he's 6 weeks old) I found them online with good reviews so I gave them a call. To my surprise they had an opening for that day. Great place and everyone was very friendly. The atmosphere was welcoming and they did an excellent job on my puppy who looked very handsome and for it being his first time being groomed the staff said he was well-behaved and got along with the other doggies!

Wow! What care and attention everyone there gives. Never knew my dog could look so good! We have a husky so I know it was a big job. He came out smelling fantastic and his fur was like silk. HIGHLY.recommend!

Place started off great.until my dog caught a staff infection! Went to vet day before he was fine.had a second bath because he was scratching so bad.thats when we knew there's was a problem. Meds spray Vet bill almost 500.they will not own up to it. VET ADVISED THEM CLEAN COMBS ECT. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE

I had an amazing experience at this dog groomer! I took my very energetic chocolate lab to get his nails trimmed, which he hates, and all of the staff welcomed us with nothing but positive and helpful attitudes. We got the nails trimmed in like 10 minutes and were out of there with minimal stress. I will definitely be coming back again!

One of the best grooming & dyi place I've ever been to, They recently moved due to a bigger and better location and it's coming along fantastically! The tubs are large enough for any size dog and the shampoos & conditioners are top brand dog shampoos that leave your dog smelling super yummy and clean.

All the groomers have their own rooms so they can have one on one time with the dog during their groom and not have any distractions other than employees informing them of up coming appointments. The staff are professional, knowledgeable and super friendly too! I highly recommend this place
