I stayed at an air bnb that this company was responsible for cleaning I left my wallet under the bed I returned 26 mins later wallet was gone they stole my wallet it had 1400$ years plus my credit cards didn’t have my license to get on the plane or anything my family also was at the airbnb but I stayed at this same air bnb last time with the same ppl nothing was missing they are trying to imply my family took my wallet are you kidding me? Nooo their workers stole my wallet

Stephanie arrived on time and upon entering my home, she asked what exactly did I want or not want done. We went over what I needed done, and she got right to it. My home smells so clean and I know I could eat off my floors, and the toilet bowls actually sparkle. I definitely would recommend this cleaning company to anyone looking for this service. I had a cleaning (deep clean), and specified for windows to get cleaned inside, recently done when moving out and the first appointment I had was cancelled due to illness and wasn’t notified until they were already slotted to show up. Talked to the company and it took all day getting tossed around to get someone the next day, thankfully, and early for the inspection. This company seems to advertise as if a crew will be showing up, but no it’s just one person with supplies that I could clean with myself. No special equipment at all. This individual that cleaned the place left windows dirty, gunk on the floor and tape that was stuck too. Inspection rolled around and I got hit with an unclean living place. Will not recommend this company to anyone.

Being an out of town owner of a vacation rental, it is very important to have a great cleaning company. I would highly recommend the Dream Clean. I have the opportunity to work with Mia and she is fabulous with keeping me informed. Thank you Mia for giving me a piece of mind.

My husband hired Dream Team Cleaners to do a move out clean for our rental home. The original cleaner didn’t clean the closets, pantry, refrigerator, microwave and kitchen/bathroom drawers. Nor did she dust the lights/walls or blinds. When we reached out to management they offered a re-clean. On the day of the re-clean the cleaner canceled after our window, but management found a substitute eventually. After the re-clean the house was exponentially cleaner, however they forgot to vacuum a linen closet and walk-in closet. There were also a few cobwebs in some corners and dusty blinds. Just be sure to do a very thorough walk through of your property if you hire them for a move out clean. Management tried to make it right, however we had to take off 2 days of work to make ourselves available for both cleanings days and in the end we cleaned several items ourselves.

Had good bi weekly service for a few months before they stopped serving our area. I called a year+ later to schedule a move-out clean before the final walkthrough of my home sale which they accepted and sent many reminders about. When no one showed up by 10am on the scheduled day, it took a few hours of calling and messaging to get a callback and an answer - they don't know where their cleaner is and no one else can come to fufill the appointment. I was on my own with no cleaning supplies to clean my 2000 sqft home in 2 hours. The Dream Clean Team LLC is unable to keep their appointments, don't rely on them.

They launder my condo lines and always do an amazing job. They sort out any linens that are stained in a separate bag. They wash the bags the linens comes in order to place clean lines in clean bags. The linens are nicely folded. Very professional. Thank you!

Dream Clean Team handled departure cleans for my STR in November 2022. Overall I was disappointed with the quality of the cleans. Their customer service was great but their cleaning crew is subpar. I cannot recommend.

Dream Clean team does a fantastic job of maintaining my short term rental. They feel almost like a partner pointing out when something doesn’t look right or needs to be fixed, helping guests get missing items back or reacting to changes in schedules.
