The Dutch Pot Jamaican Restaurant, Plantation FL

I was advised by a friend that the food is better from this location. Unfortunately, I did not get to experience the difference in taste because the did not have any jerk chicken ready.

Solid four stars for the food. And maybe 2-3 stars for the speed/service. Zero stars because of zero smiles from the employees. That says a lot. I go for the ox-tail but that comes with a minimum 10 minutes of standing in line with zero hospitality. $23 for some ox-tail. Can I get a little love for that? A smirk maybe? Granted, the oxtail stew is good but I wish it didn't have added sugar. It's too sweet. The jerk pork is pretty good but mainly I just go for the ox-tail (which doesn't need to be sweet). Four stars, can I get some love?

Food is good line is long days a lot about the service and the food if the line ain't long the food is wrong

Ordered food from the Dutch pot for my kids and when I went to pick it up. The ladies did not want to give me my food. They kept asking me if I was Uber. I was not and they kept asking. I want to say it was because of my color. The ladies finally gave me my food and told me I could go.

Just the worst Curry goat I have every tasted! Not to mention the rice and peas just a total mess!

I love the food but things have to get better with the wait time to order you can’t call in your order you can’t order online unless you ordering grub hub you guys make enough money to setup something else I stood in line for over 20 minutes which is ridiculous in that 20 minutes I saw 7 ppl walk out and leave before I myself decided to leave CUSTOMER SERVICE MOST DEFINITELY NEEDS SOME ATTENTION ASAP

I ordered a brown stew chicken with boiled dumplings and sweet potato. Disappointment is an understatement. The chicken pieces were so big and, to me, were not seasoned. Bland, very bland. The brown stew gravy was sweet. I remember this location was the spot to go to because the food was always on point. To spend money on breakfast and not enjoy it. Dutch Pot, please step your game up.

Awesome service. Staff is friendly and patient. Food tastes really good. It’s also well priced and well portioned! Really enjoy coming here for some authentic flavor.

I had the ackee and saltfish with green bananas and fried dumplings! It was delicious and the ladies were very friendly. I’ll be back!

By far the Best Dutch pot I’ve been too. Never had a bad Customer Service Experience.

Other locations need to emulate this exact training skills.

The food is under season the customer service is very bad. In person experience was bad over the phone worst staff need training how to give proper customer service.

The brown fish was good but be aware of the bones. They give you a ton of food And they are very inexpensive.

Has the best oxtail of all the local Jamaican restaurants. A bit pricier than the others but it's the only place I go for oxtail and red peas soup. Unlike Golden Krust that can change flavor and portion size depending on location and time of day, I know exactly what the food will taste like when I go to Dutch Pot.
Ask for Marie, Sonia or Nadine to assist you. They're always pleasant, friendly and eager to serve.

Great food, still has a crowd which let's me people still enjoy they food. The staff was attentive and professional, very clean

Good portion but food have no flavor. I order fry chicken rice and peas oxtail gravy. Chicken needed more season it had no taste to it the gravy was like water rice too soft.the lady’s serving was polite though.they might need better recipes or better cooks
