The Spanish style egg Benedict with chorizo and bacon was to die for.
English muffin with a fried green tomato layer, and then the eggs Benedict topped with a hollandaise sauce covered in chorizo and bacon.

Our breakfast/brunch go-to. The food rarely disappoints. (They do tend to overcook the jumbo pancake, but the short stack is always perfect).

Quality of service varies from fair (trainees) to great, but it's never been bad.

Be prepared for long waits on weekends, but it's worth it.

Had a great time visiting with my dogs old chemotherapy nurse! We found out we were moving soon so we met up for lunch to see each other again. The food was fantastic, the patio was beautiful, and my dogs had a great time hanging out with us. Highly recommend, especially if you have your dogs with you.

I have been sleeping on this place! I just discovered it and I LOVE it! I had the surf n turf Benedict and it was perfectly delicious and just the right amount. The owner is very friendly and we got to get to know him since he took the time to chat us up during our visit. I'll definitely be a repeat guest at any of their locations. I definitely want to check out their downtown location next.

Fast friendly service with delicious generous helpings of fresh quality food. The menu has wonderful variety, and in my opinion is priced very fairly. You can tell everything is made from scratch and by hand. Can't wait to return to try their lunch menu!

Sat at the bar and never was acknowledged for about ten minutes while everyone else that was there got to order after I got there. Horrible experience. The sad part is I go there every once in a while with my family and never had this experience.

Been dining here for years as well as my parents who are Sunday regulars. Whether it be a turkey club on ciabatta or the classic French toast. A robust selection at unrivaled quality and prices. Friendly staff led by a professional GM. Minimal wait times during rush hour, but always well worth dining in.

I met family here after Church. The menu has an array of options! I tried the loaded grits (without bacon). It was a great selection. My daughter had a grilled cheese sandwich. She enjoyed it. Overall a great Cafe and family friendly.

I went there last weekend for brunch and was blown away by the service and the food. I couldn't decide between the egg benedict or one of skillets. Our waitress Karlie explained how to modify a skillet into an eggs benny skillet. It was amazing. Karlie also recommend we try the cheese grits and they were delicious. Karlie gave us such great service making sure our coffee cups and mimosa were also full.

I ordered the Popeye Scramble with a side of bacon. Service was excellent and food was ok. The bacon was phenomenal so I’ll go back just for that. The scramble tasted good with plenty of good ingredients. Good was reasonably priced and the quality was similar to other places. I didn’t give the place a 5 because the eggs and potatoes were not hot and the potatoes were plain cubes with nothing special. It isn’t a good place just not special.

As always the good was spot on and the staff simply amazing. My husband loves their French toast and I always have to have my Popeyes scrambler with an espresso with whipped cream. Very good prices for amazing quality of food. It's very clean and has a cozy warm vibe. You won't be disappointed

If this had been our first time, we would never go back. There was plenty of front of house staff. We're hoping that today was just an off day, because every other meal we have had here has been exceptional.

Waited a long time to sit at a table and waited a long time for just ok food. Nothing special about this place. They advertise fresh squeezed orange juice, but it's from a carton. Lies. Not impressed at all.

We waited 50 minutes to receive our food after ordering. A couple of the nearby tables received their orders before us despite being seated after. When the food arrived, the egg whites of my ‘over easy eggs’ where undercooked.

Food recommendations:
The fresh squeezed OJ was great.

Don’t get the Croque Madam (The Mornay sauce was more like Alfredo which was strange. We’re thinking they used Parmesan in the sauce rather that Gruyère. I know you can use Parmesan but it just wasn’t working.)

Don’t get the Eggs Benny with smoked sausage (had a sickly synthetic liquid smoke taste that threw the whole dish off)

Waited 2.5hours from the time we gave our name for our party of (3), until we actually received our food. Others who arrived after us were seating first. Home fries were requested to be cooked extra crispy & they were not! English muffin was not edible, as it was cold, stale & rock hard! Cafe macchiato was unbelievably bitter & no amount of sugar made it any better. Gap on bathroom stalls were usually wide, thus other patrons had a clear view into each other's private bathroom endeavors! It was all such a shame, as we will (not) be visiting this place again anytime soon!

Remember how delicious breakfast used to be, but buying it out meant greasy food. The Egg Cafe has perfected the process. Never a drop of grease and never a "Go" box. When I don't think I can eat anymore, this place's food won't let me stop! Wonderful food, service and atmosphere! Not as inexpensive as Waffle House, but The Egg is miles above and worth EVERY PENNY! Do yourself a solid and try them!

A little overwhelming on a Saturday, this morning restaurant spot had a lot going on. Lacks some consistency in food and drinks, too noisy and the underestimating of long wait times are an issue (an hour wait time became over 2). The food is good and the servers are super but we find ourselves continually bypassing this and heading to other locations in smaller towns/locales, shopping and browsing for a real bit of relaxation that a brunch should be.

It’s been a while since I’ve been but you guys are the best breakfast place! I can never find good Eggs Benedict anywhere but yours is phenomenal and your drinks are great too! Wish you guys were located in South Florida!

I ordered as soon as I sat down. I sat there for 20 minutes before I even got my drink. A second waitress started to give me my drink before the 1st waiter waiter got me my drink. Then sat there for another 25 or 30 minutes before my food was ready to arrive. But still not have arrived. So I got up and left.

The Egg is one of our go-to breakfast/brunch places. The food is consistently good. When you order your favorite dish, you can rest assured that it's going to come out exactly how you remember receiving it the last time. My favorites are the quiche and the Bradley's grits skillet.
