I was a first time home buyer, lead on by equitable mortgage that they would help me purchase my first home at 27 years old. I was approved for a loan, paid to have the home appraisal & inspection, on the day of inspection they dropped me. The person whom I’m not going to name, told my realtor that I won’t be able to get a home. Ha! I did buy that home! No thanks to Equitable Mortgage. The did me wrong and I’m sure many other. Shame on you all.
