I called and spoke with Maria about a dance floor and some tables. She said she had to call the warehouse to check for availability and she would call me right back. I didn’t hear from her so I called her personal number she gave me and she didn’t answer. I tried calling back later that day and left a voicemail. No answer, no calls returned. If customer service is this bad before you are even a client, I don’t want to know what it would be like if they took my business! Thankfully I found a company that has amazing customer service that I gladly gave my money to.

I waited 13 days for them to say they didn't do small orders. I only knew because I called. Stay away from this place.

The Led lights last for under 2 hours /it was so embarrassing in the middle of the party.it also came dirty and we have to clean them. They promised nest time they will get discount but they never did, and compare to other companies, they are the most expensive ones.
