Who do you call when you want a job done, and a job done RIGHT? !? Miryan Garcia. This lady doesn't quit! She is a one woman operation! She finds answers to questions when others don't know; she makes things happen as soon as she can; she loves her job and wants her customer to be satisfied. If she misses your call, she'll call you back quickly. She is compassionate, even calling me to see how I was feeling when my asthma kicked in from all the dust caused from house repair. We need more Miryans in this world!

Dallas Hus is the most incredible sales representative; patient, knowledgeable, honest and always goes the extra mile to provide stellar customer service. Without Dallas's assistance we may not have purchased a home at the The Falls. Dallas was always readily available to answer the myriad of questions I posed; any time of the day/night. If you are contemplating buying a home at the Falls and are concerned about buying a place when you are not near the location, use Dallas. He literally video's everything for you to simulate what you would be seeing with your own eyes. I also want to thank Michael Cole and the entire sales team who fielded many questions from me when Dallas was briefly out of office. The entire crew is extraordinarily professional and a pleasure to work with.

I brought my buyer to the Falls at Ryan homes and was very pleased with the purchasing process, my buyer loved it and purchased the home on the spot with my representation.

My experience with The Falls at Parkland has been very mixed. 14 mos from signing to closing, mistakes in the build and so forth. But Im not here to review my home which has become beautiful. Im here to review the one who makes it beautiful. That would be Miryan Garcia, the warranty manager. Why? Folks are finding many issues with their builds, but because of Miryan, most of them are taken care of. Shes a pleasure to work with, has a vast understanding of products, methods, and vendors, and is always willing and eager to make sure the new resident is happy. So even though there may be drywall, paint, stucco, and other issues when you move in, she makes sure theyre all taken care of under warranty. Here's to you, Miryan! 5 stars for your efforts.

My wife, Sandra, and I were there in June and while not ready to buy just yet, I have to say we were both so impressed with all aspects of the Falls At Parkland and working with Ryan Homes. The models we saw were very nice as well as amenities in the communities. We were both truly liked our sales representative, Carol Hayward. She was informative, knowledgeable, genuinely kind and understanding. Our reasons for not purchasing at the time were explained to her, she discussed benefits of purchasing now, of course, but made her points without being pushy, empathized with our reasoning and we made a point to touch base a little further down the road. Could not have asked for a better experience. Sandra and I will likely be ready to relocate to another home in the not too distant future. When we do, The Falls At Parkland will certainly get strong consideration not just because of what the community has to offer but certainly because of the very positive experience we had with Carol. Such a pleasure to work with.

What an absolute disaster! There are a million people touching your file, hidden costs everywhere, and no consistency. They ask you the same things over and over, along with others asking the same things-no communication what so ever.

Then when closing approaches, and they will not extend the closing for a reasonable amount of time for your desired request (ie.a complication), but when a worker messes up and causes a leak, that is completely acceptable? Not to mention the incidentals that have now been expended to accommodate their closing date, and now all of the sudden, last minute, they want you to move it? Completely unprofessional.

Not to mention cheap materials being used across the board.

You call and no one answers, a voicemail to have someone call you, and supervisors are not available to address concerns on time pressing matters.

Absolute nightmare.

The sales staff is super helpful. I always recommend a Realtor to look out for your best interests in any new construction home. The amenities that you get for the HOA are on point. Fitness center, meeting rooms, huge pool and jacuzzi, poker and billiards rooms. 2 card rooms. Art room. Clubs! Ballroom. Bouchée, tennis and pickle ball.

Dear Hillary, JC, and Miryan,

I hope this email finds all of you in good health.

It has been just over four months now since we have moved into our new Ryan’s home/villa, and it occurred to us that the pleasurable transition to our new abode was in direct relation to the excellent and personal customer service each of you provided and still provide irrespective of global shortages and pandemic issues.

HILLARY: From the day of our first acquaintance, you made us feel literally “at home”; this is certainly an enviable quality of any realtor. More importantly, however, your transparency as an ethical person from the time we signed the contract to even now, established your personal integrity. Your insistence on prompt responses (even on your day off and late at night) defined your dedication and diligence. Finally, you have been the driving force to have established such a wonderful sense of community in the villas.

JC: You are a man of your word and certainly a throwback when a handshake was as good as a signed document. For all of us who had to wait so long for occupancy because of the material shortages beyond Ryan’s capability, you were the bridge that softened that major inconvenience. You were never defensive but patiently explained the circumstances; you availed yourself all the time and encouraged us to visit our home-in-progress whenever we wanted irrespective of the enormous deadlines and stress that are obviously inherent in your job. We remember the day we moved in and you so readily “papered” our sliding door for privacy, and the several other small things you still do to make our Ryan’s experience so favorable.

MIRYAN: I remember our conversation on the day after our closing, and the first thing that struck me was your obvious dedication to your job as you took the time not only to explain your capacity as Warranty Manager, but why it was important that a new home owner should be assured that yes, there are likely to be issues but Ryan would honor its warranty obligations. And for the warranty adjustments I required, you communicated promptly and courteously with me, and provided that personal assurance that our concerns would be addressed which they were.

So, THANK YOU Hillary, JC, and Miryan for the excellent customer service you have provided us; we hope that Ryan’s Homes is aware of your dedication to customer satisfaction, and your insistence for high standards. We are happy that you have crossed our lives.

Hillary Visners has been our go to person from contract to closing. Post closing she became a trusted resource for all things Parkland. My husband and I relocated from NY and have come to rely on Hillary for guidance and advise. She is truly the best!
