The Florida Express Bus

Cruise was cancelled due to national emergency and am unable to contact the company. No response to emails or phone calls

If this company was honestly concerned about their history of terrible reviews, they would do the obvious thing, which is to OFFER REFUNDS. In fact, they are happy to keep grifting you and anyone else unfortunate enough to trust them. They will not show up, you'll get a call saying there's been a problem, and that your bus won't be there for another 5 hours. You will be stranded, and they will not refund you. Do not use.

This past NOV. I scheduled the Fla. Express for the first time. It was a nice, quick trip to Miami where I hate to drive to from the Tampa Bay Area. The only problem I had was that I was expecting a motor coach. I sat in the McDonald parking lot watching this van with a guy & a girl. I thought they were waiting for the Fla. Express Bus also. After 20 mins past the time of our pick up I asked if they were waiting on the bus and the guy said I am the Florida Express. We were both there waiting on each other. I said, A van? I was looking for a bus! Maybe a text from the Fl. Express next time to let us know who the driver is, what we are to look for.a bus or a van or a car. Thank you, Carole

Surprised to see so many negative reviews. When Actually i had a hod experience. Driver was cool down to earth and met and mad some new contacts. Started off at mc donalds in FT Myers Daniels and interstate 75. Worked are way to stop on Tampa lake land then Orlando. So like i said not too bad of a service if you ask me.

Don't use this bus company. They cancelled my bus and never notified me. I waited for an hour and a half and could not get in touch with a customer service representative. Gotobus had to step in and demand my refund. Worst bus company ever!

Florida express bus, I have a question for you? How come you find the time to respond to all these reviews and no time to improve your service? As recent as last Saturday your bus was a no show for my senior mother, who was left standing at the bus stop. The number on the receipt for us to call was of no use, we got a gentleman at the redline bus who said the driver would call and no one called. It's time for you to be shut down, you have enough bad reviews to make this possible. You have scammed the wrong one. You do not return calls, we have left messages, emails and all. If you run an efficient service, did you not know that you have customers who were left behind? And don't you think you should have contacted them? Again, you have scammed the wrong one. Every contact and resources are in play for a shut down. This is unacceptable on all levels.

This florida express bus tell you to be there at 5: 30 am departure is at 6: 00 am. I'm still waiting and it's 6: 47 NEVER book with that bus

Absolutely shocking! I would rate this the worst company I've ever gone through, bus never showed up! We waited at Miami international airport for over an hour tried contacting via phone/ email and could not get through to anyone! This left us stranded and had to book a flight to Orlando which left 6 hours after the original time the bus was meant to! DO NOT USE THIS BUS SERVICE!

ZERO STARS! AVOID! What an absolute shambles of a company! Left us stranded in Miami with no way of contacting them to find out why our bus didn't show up. Do yourself a favour and avoid these charlatans!

Useless. Scam shell company. They lie about the booking times in order to get you to.book and.then.have you contact travel lynx for services. Booked 12 o clock bus, called at 12, told.no transportation until one and then different provider picked up slack. Just book straight with travel lynx.

Horrible service! Waited for more than an hour for the bus to pick me up. I called and the calls went straight to voicemail. Once I got a hold of them, the women was very unprofessional. She said she would give me the driver's number, but I could hardly understand what she was saying. She had to text me the number. What a waste of time and money!

I used Florida Express Bus for a trip from Fort Lauderdale to Bonita Springs: prompt service, smooth ride.the only problem was that once we were on 75 heading across the state, the driver began talking on his cell phone using his earbuds. This is extremely unsafe.
