Rented a room but didnt get to stay. When i stopped to checkin they refused me the room after they seen my service dog.

The owners definitely make you feel welcomed. They were very attentive to any needs or concerns. The rooms are very clean and spacious for longer stays. I will stay here again!

It felt like we were at home! It was quiet, comfortable, and the gentleman at the front was SO kind. The bed was comfy, the shower was hot, the pool was great, perfect! The gentleman from the front even came out and put on some music for us while we were swimming! Will DEFINITELY be back.

They need a pool service! People staying there were cleaning the pool. A couple found leftover food in the refrigerator! Cops were there 3 times. The previous owners did a better job with cleaning, and keeping the rift raff out! Some get a weekly rate, and some don't!

BED BUGS! We wanted to love this place but unfortunately the girls came home with bed bug bites on their stomach and backs. We tried to call and explain the situation and simply notify the staff. The man who picked up the phone started yelling at us immediately. He tried to make excuses and say the girls left dishes in the sink and spilled a drink in the room. He even at one point said their was more than 2 girls in the room (all untrue). I even explained to him even if that was true that has nothing to do with bed bug bites all over them. We never asked for anything in return just called to notify them, the man who answered hung up on me. I called back to see if we were disconnected (all still remaining calm) where a women picked up and started to say word for word what the man in the back was telling her to say. Save yourself the hassle and trouble and DO NOT STAY HERE!

Great service. The owners are really nice people. Rooms were clean, spacious and well equipped. Overall great experience. It's 10 min away from clearwater beach and you have a full kitchen inside the apartment. Great for a long stay.

I have stayed at the Floridian for 5 years under the previous owners as i travel to the area for work. I called to reserve a room and had a very detailed conversation with the staff there and was assured my reservation was set. My staff also had reservations there and were met at midnight with being told they did not have a reservation either.i called to confirm my reservation and they told me i do not have one but i went on expedia and they raised the price that they reserved me at $120 to $350 and told me there wasnt a reservation for me. They did this to at least 8 people. No hot water! They had reserved kitchens and they had to argue with them to get what they paid for. Even then he charged them $20 more a night than they reserved st, not sure this is even legal. So sad to see Mary and Hector gone, they were wonderful. We will not be going back to this place that used to be great!
They were rude to me and they lost my reservation!

$12-15 Uber to the beach, avoid surge pricing. Spent the money on cocktails at the beach and stayed in comfortable and quiet bed a short ride from all the excitement. Rooms are a little dated but have all the essentials.

After finding many hotel rooms over $200 we called The Floridian in the evening and spoke with Brij (owner) He had two rooms left and invited us to come look at the rooms before making our decision to book it. We were in the area so we did. Did not disappoint. He was very nice and so were our neighbors. Seems like he has a lot of satisfied clients. Rooms were clean, spacious and had plenty of channels. 10 mins from Clearwater Beach, amd some video gaming.we will stay here next time we are in the area.

Oh my god. This place is just so beautiful. Owner is so nice, he walked us to the room! There is cups glasses pots pans plates forks spoons EVERYTHING you need provided to save on the food! Price is so worth it! Rooms are renovated, no dirty carpets! Beautiful flowers and plants around, store is right there near hotel, would love to stay here again on my next vacation! Had no problems with parking. Thank you!

Stayed there for a day to hang out with some friends that came down from Ohio. The owners were very nice, the rooms were clean and the pool was refreshing.

Great spot. Owners are very kind people. Large rooms, with all the amenities for a long stay.

Front desk was super helpful and friendly. Room was clean, smelled nice, and fresh linens. Hands down the best affordable beach getaway in Clearwater. 10/10 would come again.

The Floridian Inn was very clean and comfortable. It was very affordable. The owners are very kind and accommodating. It is located on the main drag a short distance from the bridge to the island. The motel is clase to several attractions like the aquarium. For the price, it was a nice stay.

I don’t do reviews. Busy professional and I don’t have time but I’m going to start because our dollar means more.
I would give the Floridian inn 10 stars if I could! The owners are super nice and accommodating. Our stay was very comfortable.
All you will need for a relaxing stay! Fridge, kitchenette, lots of storage, and open floor. Pool was nice and clean with minimal traffic. It’s quiet. Beach is nearby. You won’t be disappointed with your stay & you can not beat the price! We will be booking again!
