Flowers were delivered timely. However for what I paid the bouquet was skimpy and thin. I was disappointed.

The customer service was amazing an the we beautiful. I will be visiting this place again.

I’ve always relied on the team to go above and beyond when it comes to creating an arrangement for the most important person, Mom. She just gushes when the flowers arrive, sending picture after picture. I’ve never been disappointed, nor has Mom, which is most important. The staff is so helpful and creative as well. The Flower Shop has been my trusted go to since 1995.

Amazing customer service! Working with them was such a relief, as they took their time to help find the perfect selection for our ceremony. Absolutely recommend this business and will return in the future!

Last minute need for a same day corsage. My daughter asked another florist they day before and they wouldn't even think about making something within a day.

Decided I would try here. They didn't have one, but immediately said what they could do and made one on the spot.

I call to find out if there are open spots for a delivery on Valentines and the man that answered the phone was rude and not helpful. I will never call this place again.

I used The Flower Shop for my wedding last October. They were very organized, timely and easy to work with. Even with flower shortages at the time they pulled every string they could to get the job done and went over the top to create my vision. They even helped with last minute needs. Delivery was great as well.

The bouquet I ordered looked like cheap leftovers.
The owner was unwilling to work with me when I explained my dissatisfaction. Would highly recommend finding a better more professional florist!

I randomly stopped by this flower shop to order flowers for an upcoming celebration of life service for my boss. The lady that helped me was so very nice and worked with me on a basket arrangement at a price that I could afford. The flowers turned out beautiful! Even though I do not live in Gainesville, this shop will definitely get my business in the future!

I order some flowers for my mothers birthday yesterday the lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice and helpful my sister went by there to pick up the flowers for me because I live two states away she told me everyone was very nice and the flowers very beautiful and well worth the money I would highly recommend this store to anyone

I called a week prior to my sister's birthday to place an order. I live in MA and my sister lives in Gainesville. The flowers were delivered on the morning of my sister's birthday and she loved them. With the birthday so close to Xmas they also put in some Christmas greenery and the bouquet was beautiful. I highly recommend The Flower Shop

Very prompt service and speedy delivery. Nice job done on the floral arrangement. I have ordered from other florists before and usually the flowers look nothing like the pics that you pick from. I highly recommend for the Gainesville area.
