The Fountains at ChampionsGate

This is a great location. But service is the worst I've seen anywhere, the main entrance gate has been damaged and left like that over 2 months ago and the exit gate breaks down every week and they take 3 o 4 days to fix it. For charging over 2k on rent and every 6 months they keep raising the rent. They should have fixed those gates already.

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The price was unbelievably affordable for a 3 bedroom fully stocked condo. Its a home away from home. I will definitely come back again. Its about 45 minutes away from the parks but we were fine with that

The pool was nice and garage but not only was there only a mini trash can in the kitchen, no broom, but no comforters on the beds nor did we have access to use the washer & dryer because the door was locked. The fridge seemed to be just plugged in moments before our arrival. Also, there were no curtains just bright sun beaming through the window making it hard to relax. Seems like there should be more money put into the decor and amenities to make it more liveable.

We had an Awesome say. Everything was perfect! ! Comfortable bed, nice and roomy. AC just right. Nice and clean! I would recommend it to my family and friends!

This place used to be 5 stars. Over the years the townhomes have needed renovations that have not been done. Definitely would not recommend

Nice location, rooms could be nice need updating. Repairs needed. Had hard time opening gate, the exit was either stuck open or shut.

This was better than airbnb. The house was nice fully stocked and within a close distance of several stores and restaurants. Not to mention just a few miles from Disney. Great place to stay if you are planning a family get away.

Stayed for an air bnb stay and was nice environment and quiet. Also walking distance to the pool which is great and clean

I stayed at the Fountains Mar 19th-26th. Prior to arriving I called and spoke with Kim, Natalia, and Ariana. All three of these ladies gave me exceptional customer service. Reading some reviews had me a bit nervous. From arrival to departure I had a great time. The townhouse was clean, a great location, no loud neighbors the fountains across the street were beautiful to look at and hear. The pool area was nice and big, the grounds were well kept, My only problem was the RACCOONS, and they love it here. Please be careful because they are out in the day and night. Two were in the backyard one day close to the patio door. The community had everything I needed, Publix, Pizzeria, Chili’s, Red Robin, First Watch, Subway, Jersey Mikes, Dunkin Donuts to name a few. The travel to the Disney Parks were great without traffic 15-20 mins, with traffic 30 mins. Thank for a great experience. I stayed in Unit 8157

Our party of 6 (3 adults, 3 children) stayed in a 3 bedroom unit (8209) which was quite spacious for our group. We are a pretty low maintenance group, but some things cannot be overlooked. The unit itself was dirty and there seems to be a disconnect between management and employees as far as charging procedures. The furniture was falling apart and there were old, pilled furniture covers on the couches. Most of the wall outlets did not work. The walls were dirty, dingy carpet and dirty cups/utensils in the cabinets. There were also huge raccoons by the trash dumpster which made it pretty tricky to take out the trash. I hope they use the $150 cleaning fee they charged us to buy magic erasers and a coat of paint for the walls. 0/10 would not recommend.

Nice atmosphere, clean and the service was excellent. Just not enough to choose from if you don't like seafood or Steak

The place is pretty outside but the inside of the home look like someone just had a huge party there. I don't think the homes are cleaned well. Lamps were busted. Coffee pot busted at the bottom. Hot coffee was spilled all on my legs. Sofa bed busted, walls were dirty, carpet dirty. Oven sparked flames.literally. Furniture needs serious upgrades in the entire house. We were not happy. If u are planning to use amenities to cook for your family. I wouldn't recommend this place. We will not be vacationing here again.

My trip was ruined because of this filthy hotel and the treatment of the staff. Blood in the carpet debris coming out of vents cobwebs, holes in the wall, dust all over everything the dryer didn't dry, bugs in the refrigerator, mold and mildew in the bathroom, ceiling leaking and this was the SECOND room we were moved to the first room was all of the above plus a nasty small frog! Never again! I cried for an entire week!

Terrible! We stayed in unit 8141, the washing machine made a horrible noise, when we asked if they could check it they said that the machine actually washed and that if we didn’t want to hear the noise, that we could leave the washing machine functioning while we were away.
No pans, the kitchen poorly equipped…broken toaster, the garbage disposal also broken.
One of the bathrooms completely dirty…hairs came out of the bathtub drain.
Never coming back and I don’t recommend this place.

My family and I planned a beautiful trip to sunny Orlando to go to Universal Studios and Disney World. We rented 3 homes in this community. Wow the level of disappointment is unreal. The property is nasty with aggressive raccoons given the level of trash. The inside of each property has a very stale smell, old furniture, dirty baseboards and walls, old raggedy beds, broken kitchen appliances and one unit even had a broken air conditioning unit. Save your money and please look else where for a vacation stay. This place is not a resort at all.

This place is run down now. There's no way I will visit again. They are not keeping up the place. Just nasty and damaged.
