The Fresh Market, Miami Beach FL

I really enjoy shopping here. It is very very clean and the staff is always friendly. I appreciate that they have self-serve coffee, a nice salad bar and delicious hot food as well. I highly recommend this place.

Idk how this place even exists.mostly alcoholic housewives shop here.the line and checkout is unreal how bad its run.

I stopped by while vacationing in Miami. Great food options. There is a fresh produce area, variety of nuts, wines, hot and ready meals, fresh salads, bakery, amongst other great items you will need while in Miami. They also have fresh flowers for a special occasion. The parking is above the store and there is an elevator to get to the store from the garage.

Shopping at The Fresh Market is always a pleasant experience; the quality of the products, the variety and different options and brands available makes this a store a place to find unique and specialty foods. The ambient instrumental music contributes a lot to have a good time while shopping and on top of everything, if you encounter with any issues there is an efficient, proactive and problem resolve-oriented manager (shout-out to Oxanis) that will make sure that you exit the store completely satisfied.

THE WORST STORE TO WORK AT AND TO GET OVERLY PRICED FOOD! Especially EXPIRD FOOD! I have rung up some many customers that have RETURNED their expensive expired food with in the last month.

My experience as a cashier here has been horrible, especially the environment.
Be prepared to get slammed around by radical work, unfriendly customer service, and racism.
The managers have no knowledge of management. Very high intense EMOTIONAL atmosphere.

Employees who work there are so freaking rude. I brought my own bags and got fully yelled at for not giving them to the cashier as soon as I got to the register. Who yells at customers for such a dumb thing as this? If your employees can’t be nice then they should find another job.will not be returning. Also I picked up strawberries at the market here and there was a ton of mold growing in the corner of the plastic container. Double check your fruit here people! The Trader Joe’s around the corner is much better

This is a nice place that has great quality and some hard to find products. The staff is always cheerful and smiling as well as supportive. All of the departments are well stocked and maintained. The area is somewhat to my distaste but its south beach, you know the all wannabe superficial crowd. But the staff in this place is super nice friendly and down to earth which makes it so worthwhile to take the trip and brave the traffic congestion and the texting drivers doing incomprehensible things behind the wheel.oh well the market is always great.

I was in the area and stopped by to buy some groceries. Great produce quality. Bought a few items from the Deli which were also great. The best part was the customer service from Carla at the Deli. She is a very sweet lady and was very helpful. If only all employees took as much pride in doing their job as she does and we’re just as helpful. Overall a good experience at this store. I hope to be back here soon.

I called each department of the store for 10 minutes and no one answered the phone. Where is the customer service?

Here we go again.why do businesses have phones if they do not answer them. I called 3 times and once again no answer!

Bought beer from here and it was skunked. Also bought a 4 pack of high noon and they tasted unusually horrible.

Employees are miserable bc the pay is so low. Was going to apply until I saw the pay was peanuts compared to Whole Foods

The selection of the meat department is great, but unfortunately the staff there has a very negative attitude: Laziness, everything seems to much, even rudeness.

Great high quality food and friendly staff. They also have a great hot food section for picking up a lunch or dinner meal. One option is a family meal with a whole roasted chicken, two sides and delicious corn bread. -Check out their frequent specials.

The food and groceries are top quality and the store has a welcoming layout. However, I avoid this place because of the long checkout lines - sadly it always takes forever and the times I’ve been they only have 1 or 2 checkouts open…

The best place to be at, for food, and grocerry, in all Miami beach. Quality, brands, prices of grocery is unbeleivable. Food and beverage is great, at very reasonable prices. Staff in freindly and nice.

Great store product wise but staff leaves much to be desired. I was in on 6/14/22 at approximately 8pm and the floral associate was very unhelpful and seemed annoyed that I had questions regarding making a floral purchase. I ended up figuring it out myself and was able to accomplish what I came for. This the second time I have had a poor customer service experience at this location. I will take my money elsewhere.

I love this place. The only place in Miami that has rainbow trout, which happens to be my favorite fish. Unlike other supermarket, the beef and chicken… is not prepackaged… so you can choose the exact amount you want. The croissant here is the best and the only real croissant (crispy and buttery outside and stretchy on inside like France) I had in the state of Florida.

When i go to any store i write a review as well as i read them because i like to read where i am going to shop at and i read one review that had me in shock.because i read that they took this customer out of the store twice and that is very sad to the point that i am wondering if you do that to all the customers that walk into your store.that is disrespect towards anyone.this is my first time walking into the store and by reading this comment makes me think if the same thing that happened to this person could happened to me or any other customers.i hope that at least one of the managers responds to my review and to make me feel more welcome instead a feeling that's unwelcoming.
