The Fresh Market, Naples FL

What happened to this store? The quality of the meats and produce have gone down drastically. The meat in the cooler looks old and the fruit is horrible. It used to be my go to, now I cannot shop there anymore. Very sad

I like a lot if items there but lately they are out of much. Never used to be a problem but lately it has been.

Since we moved it's been over 7 years I have not shopped @ FM. Decided to make the trip into town and purchase the weekend snacks for a beach trip. Got the garlic French toast rounds, Italian charcuterie and cheddar red wine cheese, plus some mixed olives. It was a hit, everyone asked where did I get the treats. Just like old times the good Fresh Market on US41 Naples.

The Fresh Market has the best meat department in Naples. Go early for the best selection. The kabobs are wrapped in butcher paper (not styrofoam like my Publix down the street). Fresh flowers, breads, vegetables, and more. I only go for the meat department located in the back. It's my first stop for groceries, followed by Publix on Neapolitan Way for BOGO. Ready-made meals for one, two, or four. Italian meatloaf and chicken pot pie are usually available. Just go early!

Limited selections in some cases but a nice selection of specialty teams, deli, and bakery.

There is this black lady who works in naples fresh market that works on the front maybe a manager assistant or manager but she has such bad character. I go to the fresh market all the time and she doesn’t even say Hi or how are you doing nothing. Any problem I have with their products and she doesn’t care about the customer problem as if she is annoyed when you have issues with an item. She has denied helping me with items. She called her manager Keith or Kevin to help me and he seemed scared of her so he told me he couldn’t help me with the problem. She was training a new kid and she took him to the front outside to talk to him about not helping me next time when people have a problem with their item. She was disrespectful and rude the whole time totally makes my shopping experience unpleasant. I would never shop here again. She acts like she is just working there to steal the money from the cash register or like she owns the place. I just moved to naples and I wanted to feel at home but this is a big ick. If you go there be on the look out for a black momma in the front who counts the money and close the store or whatever job she does but she is totally rude when you have a problem with your purchases. When you buy they are happy to take your money but could careless about your shopping experience. I would never go back again. Zero star if I could. I am trying to call corporate but figured I am done and would just make a review instead.

It's always a pleasure shopping at the Fresh Market. Great variety of everything. The staff is very friendly.

Decided to write a review after more than a few experiences. Today a lady at the bakery looked very annoyed by my request to give me fresh ciabatta. She told me to wait a minute while she packing pastries. I came back a bit later and she was very unhappy and said, I told yo to wait. She didn't explained me a first time that that ciabatta is hot and she is waiting for it to cool. After waiting for 15-20 minutes I came back and stood there while she was continue packing pastries. She saw me standing, but didn't tell me that packed ciabatta is on the counter ready for pick up (btw she packed the wrong one). Unfortunately, this is not a first time and not the only department where Fresh Market employees are rude, giving attitude and very unpleasant. I would be very appreciate if the manager will look into this problem and have a talk with employees. Thank you.

Neat place with a lot of unique products. The layout is a bit cramped and difficult to maneuver
