The Gate Apartments, Championsgate FL

The Gate Apartments are a great place to live. We've lived here for 6 months now and are very happy with the apartment. The rental process was straightforward and Ralphy kept us updated regularly. The amenities are great and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I had a maintenance issue today and Juan took care of it quickly and professionally. He even fixed a loose door handle while he was here.

Ralphy was great.thus far a very joyous experience anything needing repair or adjusting they have been right on top of it. I have had the good pleasure of meeting two guys in the maintenance staff Ramon E and Luis O great guys have been on their jobs since day one

I moved 2 weeks ago and Ralphy at the front desk explained everything to me with a lot of knowledge and professionalism. He knows very well the content of his job at the leasing department also very patience to explain everything. Thanks

Love living here, quiet, clean and needs always met in a timely manner. They worked with my family when we moved in, as we moved in a time crunch from another state. Great people up front especially Ralphy, friendly and helpful guy.

7 months since I move in! It has been wonderful. I love my apartment! Nice location! Lots of restaurants around the area! Walking distance! Access to I4! And their employees are awesome! You can always find a friendly face in the office! Ralphy Aviles is a great guy! Helpful and professional person!

Love it here. Peaceful and if there is ever an issue we are taken care of right away. Great place for our kids with not only the amenities but the stores and restaurants nearby.
