I’ve gotten my nails done here a few times and I’ve enjoyed my experience so far. I decided to do something a bit different than the usual and I love how it came out. Sharlene is always open minded to any personal preferences I have and adjusting to those, which I appreciate. Pricing is also reasonable and transparent. You won’t regret trying them out:)

The Glam Shop is a whole vibe! Never have I ever had such a great experience at a nail salon. Both women were extremely professional, but still down to earth and made you feel comfortable and welcomed. Sharlene did an amazing job on my hands and feet and she continuously made sure I was comfortable and liked what she was doing to my nails. I will definitely be returning to their salon in the future.

Girls are so rude. Place smells like weed. Bought the Groupon for them and wanted to charge me more at the place. Manipulative advertising. Ridiculous service. Dirty salon. So tight spaced and no room. Very rude behavior. Didn’t end up using their service because they kept adding money to the service. Had to leave with no service rendered. She charged my card $50 without my permission and threatened me and used profanity when I asked her to refund the charges due to a misunderstanding in communication. Told me to come catch these hands for the $ and used profanity. How professional? !

The ladies are soooooo professional. Always satisfied with the outcome of how my nails came out. Very clean and fast service. Definitely recommend

Sharlene and Aeleen are both really talented ladies! They take pride in their work and will go far and beyond to ensure you are pleased with your nails. Every single time I've gone with something I found online as inspiration for a nail design, they not only make it happen, but looks better than the photo!
Definitely recommend to trying this salon and support local business.

Best place hands down when it comes to service, I have been doing my nails with them for over a year and I have never left unhappy, there professionalism is superb and the cleanliness is outstanding for being a small shop. The girls great you with such warmth and always make you feel so welcomed I always recommend them to everyone!

I've never had any luck with nails until I found this place through Groupon. The service from both girls is excellent, quality nails that last forever. The place is super clean and cozy. I have been with your services for almost a year and I do not regret it. Recommended 100%

I’ve been going to the glam shop for almost a year now. Aeleen was recommended to me when I was complaining to a friend that my nails are always chipping and breaking. Ever since I’ve been going to the glam shop my nails have grown so much! The shop itself it’s clean and cozy. The ladies always have something fun to watch for us. I’ll never go anywhere else for my nails.

When I do make the time to do my nails, I come here! They are awesome. My nails always come out beautiful.

We found Glam Shop on Groupon. I was excited to book an appointment for my daughter and myself. I received a text immediately before the appointment stating: good morning this is from The Glam Shop. See you soon for your appointment today at 10am
Please make sure to arrive on time to avoid a late fee. We are a private suite located inside Salons by JC, Suite 35. Accepting cash payments only. See you then. I received a second text stating we are now only accepting cash payments. Great. Fine. I put salons by JC in my GPS. I double check my voucher as I get close to the GPS address and realize it’s different than the one listed in the Groupon. I’m confused but also think my GPS could be correct since I had received information about “now only” and an updated location. I called. When I explained I was near the JC salon in Hollywood and asked if that was the correct address I was immediately told “I’m sorry I can’t service you today. ” I was shocked. No flexibility, no alternative options. I stated that I found the texts confusing and had gone by the instructions of JC SALON. Her reply was dismissive and arrogant, claiming that there was nothing confusing in what they wrote and I should have read it better or paid more attention. I was shocked by her rudeness and would told her I planned to contact Groupon about their customer service. Her response “ we have all 5 star reviews. Some people have not read the instructions correctly and missed their appointments but most LOVE us”. The vibe I received from them was not “we want new business or your business” but “we’re awesome, I’m sorry you have problems misreading things”

I loveeeee my nails, and even love falls short. I'm obsessed. Yes I found them on Groupon as I just moved states, and didn't know where to start in search of a new nail tech. So I went straight to Groupon and saw the amazing reviews and deal they had. Groupon can be a hit or miss but that was not the case here. Everything is made simple in the booking process, no need to call they have a booking website with every service available listed. The pricing and duration of the service is shown on their website as well. Amazing right! You know what you're paying for and how long you will be there. They do send an email and text which disclose directions and salon rules, which are pretty simple and not hard to follow. (max occ, no food, no other guest etc) Besides how convenient it is to book, they disclose anything that is extra such as, late fee if you are late, shape and tip is extra etc.

I wanted an almond shape dip set, which I have noticed not many nail techs can achieve, let alone both. And let me tell you Aeleen did an amazing job with exactly what I wanted. She understood the vision. I'm extremely happy with my nails and toes the look beautiful. Aeleen was so personable, nice and funny. There is nothing better than walking in and feeling the good energy, the suite is inside a building with salons so it isn't your traditional nail shop. It's smaller and more intimate, so you really get that one on one experience. She is passionate about her work, and it shows. This will not be the last time I come here, I'm glad I found this place.

Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon! Aeleen takes her time, truly cares about what you want and goes the extra mile to make sure you’re happy. Ladies, RUN to this place! You legit feel like you’re chilling at a girlfriends place while getting the best nail service you’ve ever had. I’m super picky and literally will never go anywhere else.

Had a great gel manicure and pedicure with Aeleen tonight. The salon is adorable and she took the time to give me personalized treatment. I'm so happy with the shape of my nails too! Really enjoyed the experience!

Amazing service! Super clean, professional and very nice. I got a powder nails manicure and a regular pedicure, I loved it. I definitely recommend this place!

Amazing salon, sharlene and aeleen are fantastic. Their work is exceptional and their presence is phenomenal. I won’t and can’t go to another salon or to another person no other place compares!
