Always a wonderful experience when we visit. It is never a debate to dine at The Great Greek. Highly recommend to stop in and start with the Greek salad.

Food was adequate only. Outdoor space would have been nice if there wasn’t bird poop everywhere. They don’t clean up well. Only one bathroom was working. Dolmades tasted like they were from a jar. Ordered gyros and no seasoning at all in their tzatziki.

I could only wish that someone would open a new Greek place in St. Lucie West. Great Greek started it off with good food and good management but after less than a year they tapered off to mediocre food and terrible management. I can’t blame the workers if they’re not being supervised properly and consistently not fulfilling your order properly. This place has no quality control whatsoever. Whether we order on DoorDash, on the phone, or go order in person they rarely seem to be able to get our (whole) order in the bag. I hate doing business with them because there’s almost always an issue. I guess there’s enough tourist traffic and one and done orders that they have been able to stay in business, much to my surprise.it would be so much better if they just had a little bit of quality control.

Very expensive, souvlaki platter w/2 small skewers of steak (which tasted good) and cup of fries, small salad drink, falafel platter which was so dry inside like a sand trap. Small salad drink. Service for dine in took 30 minutes. Pay a lot of attention to out going service.

Ordered "rice bowls" to go but we were given what looks like salads, with a small scoop of rice. Very disappointing. For $20+ each, we got primarly lettuce

My purchase was definitely an inconvenience for the girl at the counter. I hate eating out as it is since we have a big family so it's always a fortune, but I really hate giving my hard earned money to someone who is clearly annoyed we were there. However, it was the first time eating Greek for the younger kids, and they loved it. Everyone enjoyed their food. I didn't order for myself since I started to feel the anxiety kick in because I inconvenienced the employee by ordering.

Had the chicken kabob plate with rice pilaf, came with bread, side salad and tzatziki sauce. My husband had a gyro with French fries. Good food, fast service and a lunch for two with tip for around $40. We will be back.

I was not crazy about the service. I ordered at the counter and sat outside. I was told they would find me. When the order finally arrived. There were no utensils with it. When I mentioned that to the server she said “they utensils are by the drinks inside. ” Why didn’t they mention that when I ordered? It seem the staff was not interested in serving the customers but were marginally fulfilling their obligation to work there. I was disappointed and will not recommend this place nor will I return.

My favorite greek restaurant. I ordered the chicken, shrimp souvlaki, gyro platters. I get enough food that I divide them in portions for work. They have BOGOs for entrees advertised on home delivery coupons Food is fresh, friendly service, and you're supporting small local businesses.

Let me start by saying I have only been twice. First time, the kitchen staff was blaring loud, explicit, provocative, and highly inappropriate “music”.
Second time, ordered take out.
In both instances - the service was good, the food was excellent, and the wait time was short (only about 15 minutes).
Only issue with the food was that about half of the pita pieces were burnt & completely black on the bottom.
Overall, I would be willing to give them another try.

Plenty of space for your counter. Ordered meals. They are delivered to your table and there's plenty of room here to take your drinks from and get utensils and additional napkins.
Authentic Greek menu made the way you expect it, DELICIOUS!

Great food but they sometimes forget to pack all take out items

Lowered my review because they are never concerned about getting the order correct. Our latest order last night was totally wrong. They didn’t even pack the rice and they didn’t adjust the orders as requested on the app. I’m done with this place. I can’t recommend anyone going, or wasting their money for such expensive takeout food.

Try at your own risk. They apparently don’t care to acknowledge customer concerns or dissatisfaction. They posted here to provide customer contact information which I did, but I’ve yet to hear from them. It seems they did this to only put on show of customer service. Confirms my decision to spend my restaurant dollars elsewhere.

Just really poor quality food. Employees are just some high schoolers that goof off with each other so service doesn’t exist either, they act inconvenienced when you ask for sauce. But overall just really not good food. Dried out meat, microwaved rice. Blah.

I placed an order for a Greek salad with chicken and asked that they chop up the chicken into finer pieces and they said they could not do it because they don’t have a grinder or a chopper and then I asked the GM if they could just use their spatula as it takes just a couple minutes; she said they couldn’t do it. I ended up placing the exact same order at another Greek restaurant and it was GREAT. They of course did not have an issue!

Would not honor coupons and said since there are multiple offers posted they will not honor ours. Person taking order rolled her eyes at us. Sandwich was really dry and cold. Disappointed for sure.

Food was decent.had to clean off our own table while the staff talked to each other behind the counter. Was probably close to 90 degrees inside.

Today I decided to stop by this location on my way down to South Florida. The website states GYRO BOGO right on the home page, first thing you see. We Love great greek and go to the orlando location often. When I came in the cashier told me they don’t honor the website because they do too many promotions for BOGO (?) and the website is under corporate control not theirs. I explained no where on the website does it say “certain location” and it says the promotion is valid 9/1-9/9. Another cashier got involved and insisted they don’t do it, the websites wrong. So I continued to order because it’s pouring down rain, we need food. We still ordered 2 gyros and a large salad. At checkout I I mentioned I use the app and I have $5 credit I would like to use. The cashier told me to swipe my card and tip and after I would be able to add my phone number. This made no sense to me but she seemed confident that was correct so I followed her direction. Lo and behold it charged me the full amount. So not only did i not get to use a special they promote on their locations website but i also didn’t get $5 off with my rewards that I was assured would work. The cashier clearly wasn’t knowledgeable and the one assisting her was very dismissive. As I was leaving I asked for a receipt and someone from the kitchen said “what does she want? ”. Impolite and very unprofessional. I won’t be returning to this location. I would like a refund for a Gyro and points added to my account for my purchase. I see no reason as to why the promotion wasn’t honored in the first place. The staff also need refreshing on the register if they don’t know how to apply rewards credits.

I’ve been coming here for a while and the rice and side salad is delicious. The pita bread is yummy and the shrimp is good too.
