The Grove at Millenia Apartments, Orlando FL

Having lived here for almost two years, I love the Grove at Millenia.it’s the perfect place to experience the best of Orlando, right around the corner from Universal and the mall at Millenia, plenty of grocery and convenience stores nearby and fun things to do.the community itself is small, cozy, and quiet.a very comforting apartment complex with beautiful pockets of nature. The staff is super kind, helpful, and responsive, from Millie and Martinez in maintenance, to Tasha and the management and leadership in the office. They’ve made living here a wonderful experience. A really beautiful community that gives you a little bit of everything great about central Florida.

I would like to personally say a huge Thank you to Millie from the Maintenance Department. She stopped what she was doing to repair items in my apartment. Not only did she repaired what was broken but she added things that I didn’t have and never realized. She’s an amazing person and worker. She’s also friendly and respectful I can’t say thank you enough. Hopefully she’ll stay as longs as I’m a tenant. The entire office staff as well. I love my community.

Since moving in, the entire team (Tasha, Milly, and Martinez) have been nothing but congenial, commandeering, and communicative! They are prompt as well as promising to a great residency here at The Grove.
To be specific in conjunction with this review, my partner and I needed a repair and you BEST BELIEVE IT that all three of them were ‘ on the ball’ and making sure we were taken care of.
Upon moving to Orlando, I was hesitant on choosing an apartment but I can truly testify that this team has hastily helped in any issue we have come across (even the smallest ones)!
5 STARS ALL THE WAY!

The worst complex! They will not return your deposit and every time they renew your contract they will increase it by $400. I am notifying them a month and a half in advance that I am not going to renew and they are fining me because I did not notify them 60 days before. They are thiefs!

I’ve been living here for a few months now and it’s been really great. Sierra is the nicest leasing agent! She’s always there when I need assistance with anything. Also the property manager Jaclyn is super helpful with any questions I have. The maintenance is always there to lend a helping hand as well and is so nice.

I couldn't have chosen another place to live! I love this condominium and the people who work in it. Attentive and always ready to solve any problem.

I have lived here it seems forever. With that being said for very many reasons. Location. Privacy. Convenience. Jackie has been very helpful and the maintenance staff, Martinez and Milly, always taken care of our household needs. Thank you for all that you all do. It is much appreciated.

Great friendly people Sierra was very professional and very quick and attentive when it came to the move in process. Everytime I make a maintenance request it is usually handled in the first few days. Definitely consider giving these people a call for your next move

I truly enjoy living here at The Grove, it's absolutely my HOME.and the staff is with out a doubt to notch, way to go Sierra keep on, keeping on.

The Grove is a nice little garden home style community close to everything. Quiet, private and quite affordable. The single story "garden home" style construction makes the community far quieter and more private. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. A perfect choice for people and smaller families that need or want to be close to the mall and various attractions.

Still in the process of moving in, but so far very promising. Staff is very helpful. Also, I had a couple of maintenance requests, and they were both fulfilled very quickly.

We LOVE The Grove! Super friendly and personable staff. It is a beautiful, quiet and quaint little neighborhood nestled in a perfect patch of nature. It’s the perfect little spot to make your home!

My daughter moved into this complex about three months ago. I did a lot of research before she moved in and I asked a lot of questions. Sierra (in the front office) was so helpful, patient, and kind and gave me a good feeling about this place. Fast forward three months and my daughter is so happy with her choice to live there. Can’t say enough about what a great job they do and Sierra is still fantastic, even after the move-in!

You are better than the last management I been over here for 6 years and you absolutely better thanks they cutting some trees but….

My apartment had a lot of repair needs that occurred nearly all at once.

They handled those needs quickly and professionally, and I couldn't ask for more.

Despite an issue with an outside contractor and some sub-par work, they even took care of those issues within the day.

The staff here is awesome from the office to maintenance. Always friendly and nice. When we first looked at The Grove the office staff told us that they really look out for their residents. Since moving here in June 2022 the staff here has proven over and over that that fact is true. Can't really find anything negative to say about The Grove other then wishing there was a pool here. Friendly, nice, courteous, kind and understanding. Even if you are just walking through the complex they will stop and ask how you are doing.
