The Grove Health & Rehabilitation Center, Hernando FL

The person at the front desk was very helpful. There was a fresh smell in the rooms. I also felt the staff was very attentive. Visiting was a very good experience.

Everyone who I met in the couple hours of visiting were awesome. Thank you for taking such great care of my friend!

Very attentive when you walk in and it’s a nice location in citrus hills. The staff is pleasant and facility is clean. They’re prepared and have good security. I’m satisfied with how this area is maintained, for not only the residents but staff and visitors. I’ll say again it’s clean. The first thing you notice when you walk in a building, is the scent you get.

I know my Mom is safe, well cared for and staying busy.

My mother is currently residing in this facility. I have to say the staff are very friendly and helpful. My only concern is getting medical feedback, it seems I have to search it out all the time, and are not kept in the loop EXCEPT when I reach out to TWO outstanding employees… Rebecca W in social services! Let me tell you something.this wonderful lady goes ABOVE AND BEYOND her call of duty when you ask for help! I have had nothing but superb responses from her, and she looks into everything I ask about! I can reach her most times of the day, but I only ask for her input when I need answers! This lady is amazing! Along with Rebecca W, I have to add Nurse Tami (I don’t know her last initial, but she’s fabulous). She has been a strong and superior advocate for my mother since she has arrived at this facility! She is someone o strongly count on to get things done!
Both of these ladies help keep my mind at ease during the times I cannot be there and I appreciate them!

I have a dear friend who has been there for about 4 weeks now. Overall, he has received good care. I especially would like to thank nurses Heidi on the day shift and Jessica on evening shift. They both have been very knowledgeable and helpful when I call to check on him, or if I need anything while I'm there visiting.

My husband had to go to rehabilitation services after a stay in the hospital. I couldn’t have found a more helpful and friendly place than The Grove. He was given excellent care and attention by the staff and I was given helpful information and assistance when needed.

Friendly and attentive staff both on the floor and in the office. Out of several experiences this so far has been the best. Feels safe trusting them with my moms health and rehabilitation.

My 91 year old mother fell and broke her hip at home in June, had surgery and went straight into Rehab at The Grove. The entire staff have shown her the love and care that has made her stay very comfortable and at ease and has help me not worry about her well-being. She is on her way to recovery and coming home soon! Great place and friendly staff…!

It was a great experience to go visit a friend elderly friend and to see her treated so kindly by everybody blows my mind awesome place I believe she's well care for if she wasn't I wouldn't let her stay here.

The receptionist was great, great explanation of rules and procedures, very positive. Nurses willing to talk and help, again very positive.

Just brought my mom here after hospital. All employees where very good at their positions and worked together to get mom situated. Very happy with the customer service in every area so far.

I have to say since Kathy was admitted to the Grove everyone has been wonderful. I’m very impressed with the cleanliness as well as the staff. I just can’t say enough good things about the staff. They are helpful and not afraid to make suggestions. The Grove is a wonderful place to visit, as long as we don’t stay too long. Richard Frye

Rebecca in social services is absolutely the best. She explains complicated issues very simply and helped us understand the real issues. Her demeanor is so sweet yet very on point and direct. Great people skills. She is able to see through the smoke and guide us to the appropriate methods. We would have been lost without her.

This is where you want your loved one, clean, organized, very helpful staff. I'm so grateful for The Grove!

We had my dad at another rehab and we decided to change to The Grove when he went back into the hospital, II think The Grove is definetly a better choice. He's doing great now. Thanks for all your hard work.

Whenever I visit The Grove, it is always clean and friendly. This facility has high ceilings and has plenty of space for the residents to move around. They have activities and social services. Whenever I leave the facility they ask me how my visit was.

Nice visit with my friend, a patient. The nurses assisting her back to her room from therapy were outstanding nice! So patient with her—Hazel Alderson. You could tell they loved their job.

I used to be a Professional Activity Director in a variety of facilities. Your facility was clean, the staff friendly. My sister was being taken care of by professionals and was comfortable.
