Guada’s Catering (Patricia Guadas) is amazing. She catered a family event and everything was absolutely spectacular. We received so many compliments on the food. Patricia Guadas is a superstar. We booked her 3 months in advance and from the tasting to right before the event, she always responded to all our emails with any questions or requests. She connected with the venue and communicated with the event planner.she made everything go smoothly. Patricia and her team are the most professional caterers I have every dealt with. The most important thing was the food. Be prepared to be blown away with her Venezuelan cuisine. The appetizers were delicious and hot and fresh. I highly recommend her for any event. She loves what she does, she is good at it and she will do an amazing job! Thank you for making our celebration day so perfect.

I don't live in Miami, and I wanted to do a small gathering for my daughter's 15th birthday. Several people recommended it to me, I contacted them and their service is really first rate, the food is exquisite, the furniture is very nice. Patty and her team were in charged of my wedding and it was the best decision ever. From flowers, to decoration, to food and dessert table, to logistics it was such an easy process working with her which lead to the best night ever. I didnt have to stress over anything on wedding day and was able to enjoy my night!
