I bought a beautiful-looking Lexus IS and was assured there would be no moldy smell. When the car arrived, it smelled worse than mold. The smell was a mixture of mold and cigarettes, and it was strong!

I tried contacting Maya to resolve my situation but that was a waste of time. I'm left with either replacing the interior of the car or suing. I'll probably end up doing both and reporting her and her dealership to FL regulators. Regardless, I wish I never made the purchase.

I strongly recommended getting a third-party inspection at a minimum, before buying. Do NOT TRUST MAYA.

I usually do not write reviews, but circumstances were so grievous I am obliged to. I am a state auto inspector. My client purchased a car from the dealer, site unseen. His car reeked horridly of mold and tobacco. I am shocked a dealer would sell a car in this condition.

Great and professional experience in buying 2019 BMW 430IX. The car has been flawless in 9 months of proud ownership. I referred my son who also purchased a 2018 BMW 530IX. Maya and the entire group are beyond expectation.

Carefully, however, they sell defective cars recognized by experts. That's what the world's car experts think. Avoid not returning any deposit.

My family and I have purchased multiple vehicles from them over the years and the experience has been great every time. They have a team of ASE certified mechanics and have licenses to factory service software for almost every make of car they sell. This is not your average salvage-car rebuilder (I have bought from others and have had less than optimal experiences) they thoroughly test all the cars they sell to a very high standard. If you do business with them you will most likely speak with Maya, who is extremely sweet, helpful and genuinely cares about every customer. If you want to get very good deals on cars that would normally be out of your budget, look no further. Financing is also available as well as a 3rd party warranty through a company they work with (very unusual for rebuilt title cars).

I bought today my second car with them. Absolutely nice experience on my first car and I just got an amazing Gênesis G90. Maya is very helpful and always available. I trust their car blindly, they are really professionals.

Those guys misrepresent or minimize the damages on most of their cars. They usually buy total loss vehicles (Both flood/accidents) from Copart/IAA, and minimize the impact of the original damage on the vehicles. PLEASE COPY THE VIN NUMBER OF EVERY CAR THAT THEY SELL TO GOOGLE, AND LOOK FOR PREVIOUS ADS FROM THE AUCTION WHERE YOU CAN SEE THE CONDITION OF THE CAR WHEN IT WAS PURCHASED, AND ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE (Which is usually 30%-50% of their asking price). There is a reason why the insurance company has chosen to write off those vehicles.

PLEASE KNOW THE FOLLOWING ABOUT REBUILT VEHICLES:
1. Your manufacture warranty is VOIDED! Most aftermarket warranties are unreliable and will never provide the same coverage as the original one.

2. Most insurance companies will not insurance previous salvage vehicle, if they will they will charge you more for less coverage.

3. If you want to trade in this vehicle in the future, most places will get you less than 50 percent of market value for a clean title vehicle.

4. If you have safety systems like adaptive cruise control and you will need calibration in the future (For example due to bumper repaint) - Most dealers will not do it since they do not want to touch salvage cars, and then be liable.

IF YOU ARE STILL CONSIDERING PURCHASING FROM THEM, PAY A FRANCHISE DEALER TO INSPECT THE VEHICLE AND GIVE YOU THEIR HONEST OPINION.

Like anyone I was very skeptical at first. I was very relieved when we arrived and found a whole group of very honest hard-working people. Vehicle was exactly as described. We will most likely by more vehicles from these folks in the future. Thank you for your excellent customer service and HONESTY!

My husband purchased a car for me to surprise me for my 45 birthday. Since day one there was an issue. Maya denied it and blamed the transport. Eventually we shipped it back for her mechanic to look at. She denied any thing wrong with the car. We wanted to have bmw there in Fl verify what was going on with the car. She would not release the car until we sent the payment for shipping and evaluation by cashiers check. We then pay to have it towed to bmw turns out the problem (s) are there and were not caused by transport but by an undisclosed collision. The repair was estimated well over 5k. At this point we decide to have it shipped back un repaired till the matter can be settled through the process outlined in the contract.as the contract states. I have stated facts and have left my emotions out of this review. My experience was that this was not a "guaranteed" choice.

GBC is one of the best car dealers I have had the experience to purchase from. I have purchased over 15 cars, so trust what I am saying. They are extremely honest and make you feel like home.
