I recently bid farewell to my beloved apartment at The Hammocks, and I cannot help but share my experience there. For everyone who is searching for a perfect place to call home, this may be it.

Over the past two years, I have had the pleasure of residing in this exceptional apartment complex that seamlessly blends comfort, serenity, and outstanding service. The property manager, Spring Staples, and the remarkable maintenance guru, Royce, were so kind and helpful during my time there.

Spring's exceptional communication skills, paired with her genuine kindness, turned The Hammocks into more than just an apartment complex; it became a true community where residents feel heard and cared for.

Spring and Royce are #1 on my list they make sure thing are together and they also make sure that if something is not right they will make sure it will be taken care of

Leasing office never open. Says there’s multiple openings online but can’t ever look at the place.

Phone calls that never get answered, no one's in the office even if they have an office

I’ve left a voice message and been to the leasing office twice already. I cannot get in contact with anyone.

It's in a great location two entrances one in the back and one in the front across the street from a very large shopping center which include to Publix in the movie theater in a whole ton of restaurants

I just moved in a few days ago, so I don't yet have a long-term impression, but this seems like a great deal. There isn't much of a difference between most apartment complexes because they all have similar corporate overlords. The sole reason I chose this location was because both on-site staff members had received positive feedback. Although I haven't yet met the maintenance worker, Spring is magnificent. She set me up here promptly and was really competent in doing so. The entirety of the apartment is as expected and everything works as it should. I genuinely believe I made the right decision after spending the first couple nights here.

Call Spring if you're uncertain. It's worth a couple of minutes on the phone. She is competent like people used to be.

They are very open and honest upon meeting them and offer a lot of support. Spring Staples makes time for you for any concerns that you might have. She tries to offer you the best and considers your specific needs. I am very thankful for this company and it's office staff!

The reviews here are true! The community here may not have all the bells and whistles that others offer but it does come with a fantastic management and maintenance team -
Spring and Royce are TOP SHELF and always responsive with questions or issues that arise.
It’s great being close to Archer Rd for shopping/food/etc and still having a peaceful place to live. Highly recommended!

I have lived at the hammocks by butler for a little over a year and have loved every second of it! Spring is amazing at communicating and helping in any way. Maintenance requests are always completed quickly, sometimes even on the same day. The community is quite and I have always felt safe here. Also, the pool is always sparkly clean and properly maintained. I can’t say enough good things about this community!

If I could give 10 stars I would. I have been living at Hammocks of Butler location for 4 years. Honestly, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Spring is not only the most welcoming and helpful apartment manager. She is the true face of a company. Atrium Management is extremely blessed and fortunate to have her on their team. The complex is quiet, even with students living on the property! Parents should feel safe to drop off their UF Freshman here! Spring and Royce will make you feel safe and comfortable where you are living! Everyone here is respectful and accommodating as well! Royce the maintenance man is also quick to get a work order done with out hesitation. Living here has been a true positive experience! I am looking forward to another year at Butler!
