The Haunt, Davie FL

Being in the woods at night adds to the creepy feeling of a haunted trail! Each of the three trails had a different theme so that kept it interesting. Crazy clowns, a graveyard, and finally a swamp. We entered the last trail with a hilarious hillbilly who told us what to expect before we even entered. What a hoot. Loved everything about this haunt! We laughed, we cried, we screamed.

This was the biggest waste of $50 ever. I should have taken a clue when we waited an hour to buy tickets. Line didn’t move (?). So I went to get food while my partner waited. I went up to one of the lines for the trails and asked someone standing in line how long they had been waiting. They said an hour and a half. Another clue. The woman said that not enough people showed up to work. Should have listened. Got two tickets for 1 trail at $25 each. If you go outside your house and walk around the block at night, you’ll get the same experience. Obviously lacking imagination, and cast members. A few signs lit up, about 7-8 scary people and I’m out $50. Thank goodness I didn’t pay $150 for all three trails. $5 would have been fair for this hot mess. Spend the money at universal studios or go to the Miami Fair grounds for a much better experience for that kind of money.

Complete scam, save your money. For the RIDICULOUS price I was expecting this to live up to their claims as “floridas #1 haunt. ” But this event was utterly fraudulent. I’ve requested a full refund, I left after only one of the three haunts I bought for my group because it was so terrible. STAY AWAY!

We went in 2021 when there were two trails and it was a great experience. This year we saw the addition of a third trail and went back. It was not the same experience. Not as many scenes in the woods, putting large parties together to walk the trails and not spreading them out enough. This took away from the experience. Also there were FAR less workers and the ones they had didn’t seem thrilled to be there. There were a couple great actors so it’s not a blanket statement but if last year was a 8/10 this year was a 2/10. For $55 a ticket I was expecting more

Such a great time! Extra spooky being out in the elements of the middle of the woods! No other haunted house like this. All 3 trails are a blast and unique! This was our 3rd year and we’ll be back again next year!

Had a great experience from the parking to leaving! The people at the check in were very nice and quick with checking me in! They gave me the things and the information I needed for the haunted trails! My boyfriend and I got the RIP experience which was definitely worth it, we didnt have to wait in any lines and got to go with a smaller group so it was even scarier! They space out the groups so its not so cluttered which is a plus. There were scary running around scaring and boy people were running and screaming! Each trail had a different theme from clowns to swamp monsters to ghouls and much more! It was honestly the best haunted experience I have done with my boyfriend in a very long time! I recommend! And definitely will be going back next year for sure!

AMAZING! It was worth the money and the scares just wow. I don't get scared easily but the whole time they all got me. The 3 trails where amazing. They got me so good.

We were visiting from NY and wanted to do something different. It was a good time. We purchased RIP skip the line passes and we are not patient so it was worth it.

Parking is an additional charge and that seems cheesy. The VIP parking is a total ripoff and the $5 version is just fine. I feel like this should be included in the RIP tickets as they were $227 for two tickets with taxes and fees.

There are three haunted trails and they are well done. Each has a different theme and groups are spaced out so you all can get a scare without reacting to the group ahead of you.

The entire check-in and ticketing tent is chaos. There should be a way to move people who are organized and preticketed through the event.

Overall we had a great time and laughed a ton at ourselves screaming.

Came through with my family tonight, everyone had an absolute blast! We purchased the fast pass and touch experience. I don’t know who was more scared, my wife, or the kids. It was worth every penny. Great job to the actors and all the staff. We will be back

I’m giving this 5 stars as it is truly terrifying. If you like to be extremely frightened you will love it. I simply couldn’t handle it. I’m a scaredy cat.

Overpriced. Not a lot of actors in the haunted houses. Just a lot of walking through trails.

Don't waste your money. Total waste of time and money. Long lines, boring trails. Super disappointing.

Misleading ticket tiers, disorganized, and excessively long wait times.

I was looking forward to The Haunt, seeing good reviews and intrigued by the idea of a haunted house experience in the middle of dark wood trails. Unfortunately that is not what we experienced.

While online it states that reservation times start at 7: 30pm, at 9: 30pm no one had entered a single trail. No groups were organized by times and the RIP experience and Express Pass had no difference in them other than price.

The website description for RIP clearly states “There you will given your Skip The Line Access and will be able to walk to the very front of the lines and enter our Haunted Trails with your private group. ” This is an outright lie and when arriving we were told that although we paid extra for the pass, the only difference is being able to go in by yourself instead of with another group.

The couple in front of us had the same experience a week before we arrived, and although they had a terrible experience they decided to give it another try. They left after waiting for 2 hours and being told that they would have to wait in line with Express Pass holders, meaning that after two hours of wait during an even that was to start at 7: 30 you would have to wait another 30 minutes or more to even experience the trail.

It’s sad to see this event so disorganized, since the staff was friendly, the costumes we were able to see were well done, and the food trucks and music were a good way to pass some time while waiting with family.

This is solely a management/owner problem and no one should pay the price for the service they are promising until these issues are resolved. Buyer beware.

I'd give no stars if I could! Seriously a huge waste of money. Very disappointed. They have some nerve charging that much for nothing and claiming to be the best in South Florida!

Worst spent $80 in my life! I bought the touching experience permission and only 1 person in the whole three trailers touched me…

Don’t fall for the “RIP” experience. No such thing. They literally are stealing your money as there is no difference between an RIP experience and a Fast Pass except for the pricing. Don’t waste your money or time since they don’t differentiate anyways and pretend like they don’t know how to organize it to allow for the RIP-ers to get what they paid for. Nothing impressive.

Fall festival was a joke! Paid in advance and there was nothing fall related. Don’t waste your $$ on this. It’s a scam.
