7The worst nursing staff I have ever encountered in my life was the day shift on the 7th floor of the heart building. I will never bring my mother here again.
Heart care Center was a very good experience. Staff and Physicians were very attentive and explained everything thoroughly. My husband was inpatient for one week to diagnose his syncope.would recommend this facility to everyone.
The only negative would be the parking - patients have a difficult time to get close to the entrances because employees park in those spots and they do not seem to have golf carts to pick-up in the outlying parking lots. I had to walk about a block to be at the entrance of the Cardiac center.
Asked for a pain pill and they gave me lowsey Tylenol that I could have purchased at the store staff isn't professional and does not care about you or ask any questions about your pain levels still waiting in pain in my pelvis area and right hip and they still haven't gave me anything for it very unprofessional I have been sitting here in pain from my car accident for hours don't go here for car accidents bc they don't care about your pain levels
I've usually have good experiences at Holmes. Today I went to the Main Entrance and a young security women was so super nice to me and told me I need to go to the Heart Center. I went to the Heart Center side and a young skinny man in security checking me in and he was abrupt and rude. He does not need to be working this job and they need to get rid of him. Also I couldn't find the gift shop and everyone I tried to ask was busy. The sign said it was on the 1st floor. I walked all around. Maybe I missed it.

Holmes Hospital Micu killed my mother! Barbara by her Birthday Dec 2 2022! These Drs. Wheeler, Lewis, Wagner, Lacey, Ortega are they are the worst hiding a mistake that killed her and Angel they took from this Earth! The only reason for one star is for the nurses! Reaching out to News Network is to easy.people have to know with there mistake and only by that mistake my mother isn't here! They killed her.
I went here on November 15th for a Tilt Table Test and the hospital, nurses, staff, doctor - everyone was absolutely amazing. I went in there that morning an absolute mess and very anxious and they were kind, kept me calm before, during, and after the test and kept the air very light. It's the first hospital I've been comfortable in in MANY years. Thank you all for helping me through it all! You're all awesome!
