The security guard needs to be fired for not doing her job & the rude, unprofessional & low class behavior their attitude was disgusting. You've been working there 12 years? It's time for you to leave. I've reported the incident on August the 13th the following Monday the Supervisor was absolutely useless they didn't care look at the reviews I'm not the only one having these similar issues.

I am glad to hear that there are people who have good experience in this HOA. Unfortunately it was not my case. The HOA feels superior to you, they are very arrogant and have even very bad attitude, anything you ask to them is like they are doing a big huge favor for you just answering the questions for what they are paying for. They even looking at you like if you are form another planet.
About the valet parking, what can I say? There is a guy in the building 1950 S Ocean Dr.that I really do not understand how he still working there. The guy is very nice if you are an owner, if you are just a visitor, he is the most rude person I have even met in my whole life, no minimum education at ALL. Arrogant, screaming in front of other guests. I am just impressed about the personal here. I am sure the BUILDING'S OWNERS do not have idea that those things are happening or any of those people wouldn’t be working by now. There are so many respectful and nice people out there looking for a job. My God!

Beautiful units with a great view and access to the beach. The pool is nice as well with a restaurant on the deck. The security at the front desk are always so nice and ready to assist with anything. The valet gentlemen are always courteous and take care of the cars so there is no need to worry.

Tjis place is awesome. Great to retire, every facility ans services available. One M. D for buiding, gym, sauna, great beach.

Very very Rude and entitled residents and people! Most residents are over the age of 70 and constantly pick and complain, no guest parking, need a gate card to open every door in building.

Ocean views, two gorgeous pools, poolside cafe, gated community, security at the entrance of each building. Two markets in two of the buildings have so many grocery essentials. Have loved every minute I spent living there.

Been here 3 days and its has been very disappointing! Very rude people. So glad we rented. Will not buy here no matter what. Old out dated buildings. Very rude people! Was so excited to move here and now already can't wait to get out. Did I mention the rude very disrespectful people! Would give negative stars if possible.

I would leave 1 star, but the only good thing about this place is the location. Staff is rude, you can't park free even for a minute, to get in the building take decades and more.

Well after three and a half years here’s my balance:

Positive:
1. Good location
2. Pool and beach access is good

Negative:
1. Old buildings like VERY OLD
2. Therefore, water shut downs are frequent unfortunately
3. AC is controlled centralised
4. For studios no parking lot assigned and most of the times the parking lot is full because valet and restaurant are parking there! Residents should have access to those first!
5. Elevators are quite old and slow.get broken frequently
6. Interiors at common areas are old fashioned
7. Washing machines are only 2 per floor and get broken often and management don’t really care about it. It can take YEARS for them to fix them.

Summary:
So for the price maybe you won’t find something cheaper close to the beach but you can definitely find something similar a bit far away from the beach but not having all those negative points

I love this complex for all the amenities it has, and mainly the security. I greatly recommend it, and if you are planning on buying or leasing a unit in this complex I would love to work with you on making it possible. Five six one, four two five, seventy two eighteen Thanks

Disgusting bldg. (hallways are full of roaches and common areas are always dirty) everything is always broken, maintenance is high and the administration is lazy. The employees are ghetto and always screaming.

Absolutely atrocious management. They ought to be investigated, sued, and replaced. It is completely ridiculous the rudeness, inability and unwillingness to HELP property owners and tenants. Zero care.

To add insult to injury, they are never in their office. Half the time they don’t pick up the phones. The first answer to ANY request is “no” and only after hours of pleading your case they may “do you a favor. ”

Ridiculous. FIRE THEM ALL!

Two typical large apartment buildings. Juniper, the restaurant, is whats worth going there for.

I went to Blues? , to park is $10
00. No one is there. Place is overpriced and food is not that good.

Lack of adequate parking. Too much construction. Ugly looking buildings. Rules change on a daily basis.

There is a woman who sings with a microphone iff if her deck EVERY NIGHT! It's horrible. The front desk never answers when you call and leave a message.

Low rent establishment. Owners treated disrespectfully. Money grubbing operation with no soul. Very low caliber employees, especially the security office.
