The Home Depot, Boca Raton FL

Everything i go to homedepot it takes me 20 mins to find someone to ask about a product. Why I stopped going n go to Lowe's because they have ppl u can find immediately as you walk in.

I bought a plant for my garden and it died before I ever put it in. I tried to return it and they wouldn't. I highly do not recommend this place.

Came here to get a couple of bundles of firewood for camping trip. Reviews online suggested these firewood bundles were better than other places such as publix, Walmart etc etc and burned better. So we went into the store and walked up and down various isles looking for the wood and couldn't find many workers probably because of covid. Usually home Depot has a million workers asking to help you. Finally we found a gentleman that was nice enough to tell us it was an aisle 53. So when we went to that area everything stopped at 49 LOL it was only then after walking up and down a couple more times that we realized it might be in the area where all the plants are etc and it was LOL anyway, for 6 bucks you can't beat a bundle of firewood that burned well just like the reviews said.

Well run Home Depot store. Friendly staff. Store is well stocked and clean. One of the few places that keep a selection of shopping carts inside the store for when you decide you need more than you thought. A diverse and well organized garden department. Plenty of appliance and building materials choices. And of course, sessonal decorations.

Shop with nice prices and a good range. Bought a set of screwdrivers of different sizes. So far very pleased.

Short staffed especially at registers. Saturday afternoon and only two lanes open. The line for self checkout was halfway across the store. Finally they opened a third lane. Spent more time in line than I did shopping.

Not as clean as Lowe's or as well organized, and most importantly they do not have appliances in stock, nor did they give veterans discounts! Sad very sad.

I'm actually not a big fan of Home Depot, but we had to return a couple of items yesterday and the experience was excellent. It was very smooth; there were no problems and I had no issues with them at all.

This place is really nice and the staff is friendly and quick to answer questions. They do a great job of displaying their clearance items and I really find the paint department very helpful and professional. The place is clean and properly organized I love this store.

Rude unhelpful customer service reps who tell you to call the manufacturer when you have a three year warranty.
