The Home Depot reviews
22This is a small Home Depot so don't have everything, and to make it worst so many things out of Stock! Almost no PVC accessories, no 2 gang oven plates!
Can't find help in store. Not knowledgeable. Transferred
on the phone several times and no one picks up the phone. I left the store trying to get help with major appliances.
Best Home Depot around. Not too busy, fully stocked shelves. Amazing customer service, and staff knows where every item is located
All of the essential but because of size limited on the impulse fun stuff and larger items. Garden shop really not much there. Older staff more help ful than the young ones.
Had what tools I was looking for at a fair price but took me 25 minutes to get anyone to unlock the cable needs better service
Had everything you need for home projects. Great return policy and helpful staff. Pricing is decent. Sometimes hard to find an associate, but once you do they are more than able and willing to assist
Poorly staffed and no one available to re-key a lock after 4pm. Called others location and same thing
Yeah, sir, I really don't know, not even supposed to be working today. That was the answer I received when I asked a question of the plumbing aisle guy today. LMAO, thought I was on hidden camera show.
Sometimes they miss some items in the wood area like the rest of the HD. The employees always try to help you in the best way
The store is easy and convenient just off 95 and Linton Blvd. Many items are not in stock due to this store being smaller than woolbright but then is easier to find stuff.
Needs better customer service. Personnel gives the impression that they are doing you a favor by helping.
There were only 2 people working behind the paint isle. It's labor day, you should have had more help. I waited 30 minutes before someone helped me.
Very helpful. I needed a patio furniture set that required a forklift to retrieve. Super friendly, took care of it and helped me into my suv as well. Thanks!
Good quick, customer service, easy to speak with as someone for help. And they ask you if you found what u wanted today. I like that.
I went in to buy new appliances and nobody was there to help me I wanted to buy the entire package refrigerator stove microwave Etc there was nobody to help me I asked three people and they all said they will look for someone who works in appliances and they came back and said she's out to lunch
Love that Home Depot smell! Clean and in order people are ready to help the garden centers fantastic. Love it!
Surprised again that they continue to sell a mosquito zapping unit and its replacement baits, but never have the blue light bulb replacements for the burned out blue light unit that activates the zappers action. Not a customer friendly situation.
This is one of those stores that is not a super huge Home Depot but the employees make the difference.
Shopping here makes me hate Home Depot. Every time I've come here I couldn't find any help and on the occasion I found the 1 employee that covered 10 isles they didn't know what they were talking about. I've left this store too many times empty handed, its better to drive to the East Delray store off Linton, at least I can get what I came for.
The Home Depot in Deerfield Beach is far better than the one in Pompano. This location is almost as organized as the one in Coconut Creek (my go to Home Depot) which is incredibly organized. This Home Depot gets busy on the weekends, but the staff makes a strong effort to help every customer.
