Plumbers and electricians in both aisles have no idea what they are talking about misleading customers left and right rental desk tells you the wrong price for the big commercial equipment that you ran like lifts and such and the company they go through does not work with you to mats or beat the price home depot qoutes you at which is wrong

Great selection of tools. The staff is friendly as well. I also like the fact that if you have a tool with a lifetime warranty they will exchange it no questions asked. I come here all the time.

Poor interaction with a guest I called the file a complaint and waited over 30 minutes to speak to the manager Teresa was extremely disappointed with the recourse of the situation I know that he's not a customer in y'all can't control everything but to wait 14 minutes to speak to a customer service representative and another 15 minutes to speak to a manageron the phone is ridiculous.

Staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. We bought a home in the area and did a full renovation, so the staff there got to know me. Love heir offers of no interest financing, I've used it a few times, which has helped. Didn't give 5 stars because I've had issues ordering cabinets for my laundry room and they kept arriving damaged. Not their fault, vendor packaging, but still frustrating.

I went in for materials to be used on a small painting project. Charvin, the associate in the paint department, was very helpful. She answered my questions without me even having to ask. I got in and out very quickly with exactly what I needed. Excellent customer service. Thank you so much.

There were no employees in sight to get help in the lighting dept. The lack of cashiers that have been replaced by self check out stations make it a very different experience now. Hard to describe. I had no interaction with a HD employee.

In store, the customer service was great. But due to the fraud and terrible customer service supported and enacted by Home Depot's District Service Manager (John L Horton, aka Jack), and the subcontractor that they work with Delta Mechanical (F grade business in Better Business Bureau), I have to now warn other customers of what they could be trapped in. I had asked for the return of a water heater that I had received from Home Depot 2 weeks after the installation due to the water heater being defective, as my old (10+ year old) water heater would heat up much more quickly than the one from Home Depot. I had also tried to reach out to Home Depot and Delta Mechanical multiple times for weeks by going to the store in person and through email to correct the fraudulent charge (they tried to charge me $900 to my credit card multiple times, even after I had told them what they were doing is not correct, when we agreed on $800 for the installation over the phone) they had initially put on my account, but the District Service Manager only responded after I asked for the removal and return of the water heater and that I expect no charge on my account as there was fraud and a defective equipment with this installation. Luarie Moravetz, their customer specialist, has now not responded back to my email for almost 3 weeks. I write this review to warn other people of how terrible Home Depot’s installation services are. You have other options around – Lowe’s, Bj’s, and many other stores are close by. Learn from my mistake, stay away from this Home Depot, or any in the area which is services by Mr. Horton or Delta Mechanical!

Excellent customer service, a gentleman helped me find both of my items. He tool the time to load my cart and thank me for coming in. Outstanding experience, most places you ask for help and the associate points where to go and that's it!

Worst customer service I've ever had! I asked 3 different employees for help and I guess playing on fb and flirting with each other was more important. DO NOT GO THERE!

The Home Depot in New Tampa is 100% pet friendly.

So don't forget to bring your dog the next time something breaks around the house. You'll probably need a hand finding something anyway.

Just moved to Tampa and picked up a patio set. This group at Home Depot reminds me if back home.warm friendly and outstanding. They helped me get everything in my truck and we had a blast. The item was wayyy up and these two ladies bought it down and put it in the front. Thanks Rosa the two ladies and the 2 guys who helped, Sandra. TU!

Good place for new homes, and for kids and adults they conduct diy classes, for kids it's free for adults it's paid class. It helps people to learn new techniques in home organizing.

Waiting almost 2 1/2 weeks for a washer and dryer to be deliver they have been giving me the run around excuse (can't find the address - will del Monday now Friday)

Wow! They've changed their ways concerning Customer Service! I actually spoke with a representative when I entered the store. He guided me to the isle where the part I was looking for was located! Then I went to the garden Dept. And upon re-entering the main store. The second I entered another representative asked me if I needed Help,! What a difference from the last time I shopped Home Depot. Congratulation! HD glad to see the change. Burt
