The Home Depot, Miami FL

The Store was not very busy and it took 45 minutes to see if an item was in stock complete waste of my time. The home depot in Flagler has everything it needs to be a pleasant shopping experience minus the customer service

Bought too much soil so I had to do a return and WOW! That was the fastest customer service experience I have ever had. Thank you so much. The employees are also very polite!

Looks like Home Depot sells appliances they don’t have in stock. Apparently the vendor either. I ordered online and electric range, a dishwasher and a microwave to be delivered. Since the vendor didn’t have the product ready they changed the delivery date. I was going to be out of the country that particular day, so I had to cancel the order. Painful experience to get the refund, i’ve been for hours on the phone four different times. Every time explaining the whole thing again. Won’t buy again.

The last 2 years and so this place has been my vacation place. Some time you can come across some rude people that I just tired and they will not help you, but the majorirty of them are always eager to help even if they don't know exactly where to find what you are looking for.

Excellent place to shop for your work/home essentials, electrical and etc. I was looking for High Bay LED light and they have quality products. My one stop place for my office/warehouse/home needs.

More than 20 peoples waiting to pay with a couples of cashiers only, including the self check out? Really bad.

Amazing staff in general, is hard to find staff that goes out of their way for the client now a days and respectful at the same time.

I did a search on where to buy krylon paint near me, and it said home depot.im standing in home depot in the spary paint area and they don't sell krylon paint here.so like wth?

Social distancing bring observed was refreshing. Employees were very helpful. Couldn’t find item needed. Will look for item online.

I am extremely upset with the service provided by Leyda Ortiz, kitchen design consultant. We visited Home Depot on 3/15/21 around 5pm. She was with another customer, so we waited for over 30 minutes to speak to her. Another Spanish speaking customer interrupted her while she was with the customer and she helped them. When she finished, she approached us in Spanish. Although I speak Spanish, my husband does not, so I asked her if she spoke English. She basically told us she couldn’t help us because she got there very early and was almost leaving. She asked that I email her and she would provide me the following day with an estimate to what I briefly requested. I did as she asked and she never replied to my email. I ended up going to another Home Depot, closer to my home and had a very pleasant experience with Leigh Ewing. If you are not Spanish speaking, don’t bother going to the Home Depot in the Mall of the Americas. Hopefully Ms. Ortiz is not representative of everyone else at that location.
