The Home Depot, Yulee FL

Not a wide variety of items, but they are dog-friendly and the employees are always excited to see my pup. We have a good time, anyway.

Home Depot always has what I need at an affordable price. Good quality of products as usual. Would definitely recommend.

STAY AWAY! This store has continuously messed up curbside orders. They don’t care if the order is wrong, and will argue with you when you ask them for a solution. Do yourself a favor and go to Ace just across the road.

Not busy at all right before lunch. Found the replacements parts I needed in lighting after exploring refrigerators and washers. Used self checkout. Easy peasy.

Had to wait at least a month for an appliance. The competitor a mile away has in stock and price matched.

They wow gave me a discount after spending 2500.00.
The manager was professional but the associates acted like I was shoplifting.
I was going to buy the washer and dryer somewhere else even if it cost more due to the way the acted.

Not my favorite. I always ask myself " why did I come here? " Slow, non chalant attitude.

Used the self-service register. As I started putting change in the lady said it was card only. It took my change and they couldn't refund me. This was after I found the item I wanted (59 available according to website) was not in stock. Had to buy an alternative.

Each shopping experience i have had at Home Depot in Yulee, Florida has been exceptional! In just the past several months I have continually made this my "go to spot, " whether for vinyl flooring (although still in the dream shopping phase), outdoor gardening projects, and just recently online Christmas shopping. I happily say, each experience has been a pleasure! From the attentive and knowledgeable associates on the floor, the high quality products offered throughout the store, the meticulously maintained garden center, to the exceptional customer service assistance; I have found there is a common theme - each associate is there to make your shopping experience pleasant and hassle-free. I especially appreciated this during Christmas shopping season as I thoroughly enjoyed perusing their beautiful Christmas wonderland display with my sweet grandson. This is actually the only store I have felt comfortable to take him in since the covid-19 concerns, just because I have seen the care they have consistently put into upholding safety practices. My most recent experience was during the most busy time of the Christmas season, when it can often be hard to find some semblance of calm, yet as soon as I walked through their doors, it confirmed for me why Home Depot seems to hit every sweet spot for me! Each associate goes out of their way to ensure your shopping experience is a memorable one, simply by acknowledging you are a valued customer in how they provide kind, helpful and efficient care. I truly hope my gratefulness somehow reaches store manager, Sammy Colon and every associate so valuable in the success of this wonderful store, because my hope is that they will know the extra effort they put forth each day does not go unnoticed.it is impactful and gratefully appreciated by this loyal shopper!

The customer service is terrible. We returned a pensky truck and the lady was rude the whole time.

This home depot for the most part is truly focused on improving the customer experience and tries to help everytime i go in there (which is very frequent). Hoping they stay focused on freindly customer support and having the items i need so i dont have to go to Lowes).

The guy that helped me was great. He answered every question i had. Made phone calls to help find what i was looking for from other stores.
