The same as always do your homework come prepare with what you want cause no one will offer help

Caveat emptor! The employees could care less about helping telling us to talk to another person. That employee just pointed to another area (nothing there) and when we returned to get better help, he said that they didn't carry what we wanted (linear vinyl flooring). We finally went to the "Other Store" & promptly got what we needed at a great price (with a military discount) and the employees were helpful. Lesson learned, THIS Home Depot is the pits!

Line to checkout is ridiculous. It goes always 10 aisles before you get to a cashier or self checkout. They need to increase checkouts to resolve the problem.

I would like to give Maria the our kitchen designer a 10 star. She is wonderful and really knows her stuff. Home Depot is very lucky to have such an excellent designer like her. Thank you for your beautiful design. We are beyond appreciative,

Finally today there was an emoyees who actually spoke! I was beginning to think I was crazy. She was 72 yrs old I believe working at the cashier. Kind of restored my faith in this location

Love The Home Depot, but did not have the Chrome Cleaner I was looking for today. Besides that, as always, great stores, good, helpful employees, good locations. This store is no exception. Always my first stop when I have a new project to take on.

This place is always crowded but they still manage to you out in a reasonable time. The place is clean and well maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I love their clearance area you find the best deals there. Go check it out you will see yourself

One of the biggest Home Depots in South Florida if they don't have it here you won't find it anywhere

This home depot has VERY few [15%] helpful or should I say knowledgeable people staffed. Its basically a go find it yourself type of place. Get it straight in there. Hire/train people properly to do their job which makes it comfortable experience wise for the consumer and easy for the people you're hiring to assist us. Yes - this is a direct shot @ upper management. This is by no means a cheap shot. This review speaks the truth in volume.

Poor customer service, no enough personal to help the people, it shut be at least 2 per aisles helping people.

I like this Home Depot. I come here often. It's got good parking open areas to move around. Shelves are usually stocked nicely the store is generally clean considering it's a Home Depot. People who work there are usually friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were average. I use them a couple of times never had a problem. This Home Depot for some reason seems to be a little better than the average Home Depot.

As good as any. A bit less helpful employees then some of the Better Home Depots, but eventually someone will come and help you out and they're generally friendly. Some of the shelves could be a little bit better organized. But that's probably standard at a lot of Home Depots around town.

This Home Depot is very organized easy to find what you looking for the Home Depot’s are big and if is not organized you could be going around and around for hours

In this Home Depot no one knows where anything is or how to help a customer by guiding them to their item very disappointed in this Home Depot

You call they don’t answer you come into the store and I understand that it’s divided and everybody has their designated sections they should be willing to help regardless you should be their for the customer the Quality of care for their customer service sucks and it’s on important to them.

Not enough white people employed at Home Depot.
Greater White America would love to see more white people employed at these Home Center stores.
This particular Home Depot has too many lazy African-American employees wondering roaming the aisles

No better or worse than other Home Depot's.
Shopping Center has lots of other places you might want to visit.

They went too far with the self checkout. You have to use the hand scanner yourself. It just feels wrong. Other than that, it's a Home Depot.

Please hire employees for each department of your store! And please train them in their department! It is a waste if time looking for one employee and when he's available, thats not his department or is lack of product information. 95% customers agree with me! Also I want to thank Leon for trying to help me, though he had lack of knowledge of the product, he tried his best for what he knew, so credit on Leon! Thank you!
