I've been going to the home depot for years this is the worst store I've ever been in know one says hello know one helps you the customer service is the worst I ever seen just left their needed wood to build a fence ask for help no one ever showed up

Too hard to find things in this place it's not like the typical format or layout and if you ask somebody they never know what I'll obey your supposed to go to they always give you everything wrong you're better off just looking on your phone on the app it tells you better directions than the people that work there and of course their prices have gone extremely high better off going to Lowe's

Mega hardware store with the worst employees. Download the app, it's the only way to find anything. Don't trust "in stock" quotes- they don't update

I prefer the store in Sunrise, because Gwen works at that store. The right sales associate makes all the difference and in this regard this store falls short. I don't like writing reviews on big box stores because I'm usually under whelmed with the service. In a pinch however this store is ok.

Does not stand by manufactured goods sold to public. Avoid purchasing major appliances from this chain store.

If I could give Home Depot a negative star I would. I placed an order, the store claims never received. The 1800 number says it was delivered. Manager Richard couldn't refund money unless I placed a second order then cancelled next day. Very disappointing experience with no satisfied customer service.

I was very happy with this story was laid out well, the staff was very helpful, the parking was good. I was able to find what I was looking for fairly quickly. The person that I asked for assistance was right on the ball, he knew exactly where to send me. And I was in and out of there within 20 minutes.

I have the home Depot can't find what you need and no one there is helpful but what can you do there the only place to get home goods

Annette in the tile, blinds, bathroom area was so help. She helped me pick out a nice vanity, sink faucet, shower faucet, towel rods, mirror and ordered some items from another store since it wasn't in stock at this location. She was very friendly and kept a smile on her face the entire time. She politely excused herself when other customers need help and she then returned to assist with finishing my transaction. Great customer service skills!

Home of the best cleaner I have ever found Folex its billed as carpet cleaner but cleaned clothing bedding carpet of course but have not found anything it doesn't clean and definitely a repeat purchase. Try it you can thank me later.

Not enough staff, sent here from another Home Depot for a door that was verified in stock and it still wasn't there! Not coming back. 2 Home Depots verifying 1 product. A damaged door that is unsellable is considered in stock? Get your act together and pay them more or train them better.

Its the hd didnt like ghe layuit of this store.but tbey dis have a wire tie i needed so they get a 3 lol

I come here for all my home and garden needs. Great staff, very helpful. Only shortfall is with inventory organization. Many times I have wasted time seeking items jumbled up in different locations. Even though the inventory database showed there were quantities, nobody could find the items.

Always have what you're looking for just very hard to find somebody to help you customer service not so good

Great place to get tools that you need. It is big so you may get a little confused but there's a lot of help around.

Love shopping at Home Depot they always have the things you need and good staff to assist you with all your questions and needs. The store is clean and properly maintained which is a great thing for me. I can order what I want then go there and collect it. Its always my first choice when I need hardware supplies.

It's your basic run-of-the-mill Home Depot but if you know what you want you can find it easily and the staff is willing to help you

It's one of my DIY paradises! Everyone is very helpful and take the time to really assist you in finding what you need.

I like this store prices are reasonable employees are friendly and helpful. I shop here often during the winter months.
