The Home Depot, West Palm Beach FL

Home Depot almost always has what I'm looking for. I always like to browse around in there while I'm looking for something because they are always introducing new products. Only problem I ever have with home Depot is with their associates. If you are lucky enough to find one (and they will hide from you) you have a one and three chance of finding one that actually knows what he's talking about. But as a store in general they're great, and their prices are very competitive.

They need to get their battery powered shopping scooter fixed. Has not been working for two weeks but they still have it plugged in at the front door. Battery is charged but it won't go.

Came to this location for firewood to go camping with. Luckily we got the last two bundles even though it was only 9: 30 in the morning.

Excellent service. Picked up a new generator. Preparing for hurricane season. Was pleased to find the generator was in stock.

I'm normally not a big fan of Home Depot. This time my experience was excellent. The store on Okeechobee and the team there were awesome today.

Being an avid gardener and DIY homeowner, this store is a saving grace. The prices are reasonable the staff is pleasant and knowledgeable and always helpful. And as I am disabled the fact that they deliver is a blessing!

Home Depot Employees especially the younger ones not informed on their products and dont care to help you at all. They used to be great years and years ago. The older Men that work there are very helpful and informed.

If your looking for guidance and great customer service come to this location! Shout out to Diquan and Trish in flooring and Lisa over in plumbing they were super helpful! I came here with my client to renovate a townhouse and they helped us put together a beautiful kitchen, choose the right flooring, helped us with finding the right color paint and closet doors! We compared prices, quality and the measurements were exact. God bless you all!

Power tools area is a mess. I had to locate the item I wanted on the website and have the man find it on the shelf. Success eventually.

Very disappointed. The 2 aisles I needed to go down were fenced off. One had a forklift parked on it and no staff available to assist. I went to their competitor and spent my money.

I regularly frequent the Home Depot on 441 in WPB. After multiple negative experiences and poor customer service, I decided to go to this Home Depot on Okeechobee in WPB. What a difference! The customer service was excellent and friendly in multiple departments. The store is clean and organized. Customer service personnel are easy to find and ready to help. Visiting this HD stopped me from becoming a Lowes' customer. It's apparent that management is knowledgeable and understands customers at this store. Thank you.

I did a curbside order with construction materials like wood and plywood it was a big order and after five minutes I received a call from Laura in customer service letting me know that she was working on the order within an hour the order was ready for me to pick up then I rented a flatbed also and the employee was very nice and efficient and fast then I got my materials loaded within 5 minutes of renting the truck. It was one of the best experiences I have had with Home Depot especially at the Okeechobee and Jog Road Branch

Hi, as a contractor that buys quite a bit of materials, i always turned to them for on hand replacement windows. This was until i met Laura from the returns department. Stay away from her. Some windows came broken and she did not want to exchange them. Never again, Lowes here i come.

Customer service is atrocious, waited over 20 minutes to ask a question, because there was 4 employees sitting around talking and only one person helping, I have already called and made a conplaint through corprate, Stay away from this homedepot, and to the employees, I hope management reviews the camera footage and you all get fired!

If you need curbside assistance or help lifting items just go to the Home Depot on Palm Beach Lakes. They last few times I’ve been they have a gentleman outside dedicated to doing just this. I waited 30 minutes here even though I requested assistance with my order and it never came. You guys dropped the ball. The 3 stars are because the young lady in customer service who brought me the items and receipt was nice and my order was correct.

Check what you buy before checkout. 80% of the time parts are missing or broken. There is nothing worse or aggravating then working on a project and a part is missing.
